Long John Silver's | A&W

Wow what a change at this location! This place is being run amazingly lately with excellent customer service, fresh hot food, and speedier turn around times. The management is obviously new since we last went, a good 2 yeaea ago, and they really turned this place around.

The service was great. Employees were all a joy. The food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for me and my hubby to enjoy a meal.

This Long John Silvers has been awesome with friendly staff! busier days require a longer wait, but that should be expected. Food is always fresh and great quality

If you feel that fast-food employees have a certain attitude towards you, you should probably check how you are talking to them first.

However, this review goes beyond being unsatisfied thinking your fish was a little cold by the time you got home to eat - (which goes without saying, has nothing to do with the employees, but more to do with how long the distance is between Long John Silvers is from your house.)

It's one thing to be unhappy with a fast-food service, Its another to publicly post pictures *from multiple angles* of an underaged employee working their minimum wage job- all because your feelings are hurt that someone forgot your cocktail sauce.

Consider the issue with your food being a little cold probably had nothing to do with this kid you decided to target & take pictures of to publicly shame for your tacky review.
Ask mommy to make you fish instead if treating fast-food employees with consideration & respect is too hard for you.
You can do better.

Visited last week for a lunch date with the hubby and let me tell you.... excellent service!! They even brought our food out and very clean establishment between both long johns and a&w, same with the drive through area! Drive through is pretty speedy and great customer service as well and I can't wait to bring my kids here.. they love root beer floats!!! We'll nr back very soon! Thank you, keep being awesome!!!

Nice little Long Johns Silver. It has a 50 theme, and the good was good, hot, and fast.

Thumbs up at this location! My child enjoyed the grilled hot dog from the child's menu! The shrimp platter was delicious, battered shrimp was hot & ready! Totally worth the few minute wait! We loved the fries!! Staff was very friendly! Keep up the good work guys! Definitely coming back!

I love my fish dinners. So this year on my birthday I visited long John silver's. The girl staff was great. Steered me in the right direction for the best deal. I took my malt vinegar and fish home with me and had a fest. Thier fish is so heavenly. Glad I pigged out.

It was an awesome experience!!!! A very nice young man at the window and my food was fresh! We had to wait for fresh fries so they gave us a root beer float to hold us over. Very great service! Can't wait to head back to Belen and stop by again!

Typical Long John Silver's - if you like it, it's good, and if you don't like it then nothing at this particular location is going to change your mind. They do have the fresh-made root beer from being an A&W, which is a nice plus, and I'd you're not a fan of fish then you can get a burger.

Clean friendly & tons of opens seat to sit.. Good for groups also! & you get free refills on soda which you refill yourself.! Also not only is the crew nice so are the customer's that walk in & grab a bite.! 🍴plus they have a variety of foods to choose from from chicken🍗, fish🐟and can't forget shrimp! 🍤 And last but not least ICE CREAM 🍦🍨🍧 ((Hope this anyone who decided to eat here))

Very nice vibe in the inside and very good food.

It is true that the hired help in Belen is usually awfully young, but they always have a manager who can help the inexperienced employees. Typically, our wait is not long (and wasn't today). The food at the Belen Long John's is the best that I've had at any of their locations. And it has consistently been that way the entire 13 years that I've lived in the area. Kudos to you guys at this location! Oh, my husband LOVES the 50s music in this place!!

Had a leak from air conditioning. They made sure we were well cared for.

My son was pleased with his order from Long John's and I was pleased with my A&W burger- which is the best fast food burger I've had in a long time! Definitely will be going back!

Update; our order was perfect and one of the best meals I've had here. Must be new staff that care.

My wife and I went to the one in Belen. She ordered shrimp and I'm more into A&W so I got a double bacon cheeseburger combo and a freeze root beer float...that was my cheat meal since I do intermittent fasting throughout the week and I can tell u something...I just loved it!! Also the girls and guys the were vei friendly!!
