Super 8 by Wyndham Belen NM

Just 1 night. Breakfast started at 5am, which was great for us. Pet friendly and scoobie snacks were available for our dog. Hotel was in a good location plenty of safe parking, and lots of restaurants nearby.

The full figure female house keeper with a bun in her hair I think her name was Michelle was so very professional and very helpful she actually went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything thank you miss Michelle you're great

My friends and I came here to visit another friend that lives in the city. This hotel was affordable for us. In addition, the lobby and rooms were clean and the staff gave excellent recommendations for food and places to go see. Also, the staff were very nice to talk to and were accommodating to one person in the group who is allergic to certain cleaning supplies. The building itself is old but we could see that they were working on it and improving it. If we end up coming back to Belen we would easily choose to stay there.

I stopped through and my stay was wonderful. It's quiet clean and the staff are awesome! They made me feel so welcome. Alaina and Angel who is the manager and the front desk clerk came out personally to help me with my things. Gilbert who was the first person I met on the phone and in person is a professional and an awesome desk clerk and also so accommodating. When I got into the room it was so clean and smelled so fresh I thank Karole with the hospitality and the rooms. Awesome place to stay and what a wonderful crew! Thank you guys and Super 8! Visited a buddy here and I must say it's come a long way from the last time I saw this place.

I was just looking for a cheap motel to spend the night while visiting Belen, and this one had an affordable price and was nicer than I expected. We got a non-smoking room that smelled clean, even though the stairwell and lobby had a slight smoky smell. There was a mini fridge and microwave in our room, which was nice and not something I expected. The room was very clean, with a nice little bathroom, and had plenty of space and a sofa too. Oh, and the wifi worked quite well for me. There was a nice ice machine in the lobby, and we got some good apples and oatmeal for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when passing through Belen.

My stay at Super 8 was great and I could not have asked for more. The management and help had phenomenal customer service and we’re more than helpful getting my family situated in our room and for our departure. After this weekend, I expect to stay here every time I pass through Belen. Highly recommended

We love the room and the location. Very relaxing and a great get away from the rest of the world. Only wish we could have stayed a few more nights. COVID 19 restrictions in place, but were in a position to not affect our experience.

The people were great!! Food nearby. Breakfast could use improvement but everything else was great

Greatly service .. even got my dry cleaning delivered to my room. Thank you for your lovely staff and helpful accommodations. I highly recommend this lovely hotel to everyone. Also the breakfast was amazingly tasty. I will definitely be visiting in the future not just for business trips I will be bringing my family the next time I visit. Thank you again Super8. The staffa are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The new renovation make the hotel more inviting! Will be coming back.

Hotel location is an amazing. Rooms are connected but you can’t hear much from the other side. Parking area are great. Overall it was okay and I would stay again!!

The manager went out of his way to make my stay really great. This is an excellent hotel for the price. The rooms are large and nicely equipped. I would highly recommend this location.

Clean room, quiet, bed was very comfortable, hot shower, also was nice having a fridge, microwave & coffeemaker, I slept very well, staff was very friendly.

Rooms are very clean and they are currently remodeling. There is a big improvement in the new rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Both people at the counter were nice. Fresh Belgian waffles for breakfast, as well as other continental items. Bench in the room was slightly broken (front panel falling off). Otherwise nice.

The hotel's in a great spot with stores, and food on either side. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. It really made my stay in Belen a stress free experience 🙂

I was an employee here and let me tell you. It was amazing. Different lessons learned. Everything was so nice. I sure do miss being there.

Ok, so my husband and I have traveled cross country many many times. We decided to get some rest for the night in Belen,NM. Ok so the Super 8 isn't the nicest place to stay but what made us give them a 5 star is because David, Chris and Nicole were NOTHING BUT AMAZING STAFF WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
