Appears to be new construction in a new industrial park. No gate at the time of this writing. I got there Thursday night for a Friday morning delivery and was able to park between Dock Door 9 and a small staircase leading up to a warehouse man door. You can probably get away with backing into any of the unused docks, or parking along the edge of the pavement, but you risk being in someone's way. The unloading itself was very fast, but there was no other activity at all going on at the time.

Be aware that driver will be required to unload mail usps. Make sure you get driver assist added to the rate con right away or you’ll spend the whole night trying to reach broker or do it for free.
