Legacy Plumbing has been helping me with plumbing needs in my rental properties and consistently offer quality service. From the receptionist taking the call up until shaking hands with the tech after the job being completed, each step is top notch.
Legacy understands the importance of customer satisfaction and is proactive to make sure the customer understands all aspects of the scope and cost of the work up front, prior to starting. By removing the element of surprise, this aids in customer satisfaction.
I am also aware the Legacy team members are treated well and respected by their employer rather than just being another employee. This shows in the demeanor and eagerness for a job well done by the team members on site.
I recently had a larger job completed where Drew and his partner were excellent. It was a tedious and messy job with obstacles to overcome but Drew completed the job with expertise and excellence.
No one enjoys the cost of unexpected service but it makes it less burdensome knowing it will be done right, and done right the first time.

Legacy Plumbing is always my first call. They are quick to get service scheduled, willing to work around my schedule. Drew and Nick are fabulous if you're lucky enough to get them assigned to your service call. Great personalities, very professional yet fun to have conversations with while they work, they take time to fully hear you out on what the issue is without interrupting and jumping to conclusions then once they have heard you out and assessed the situation they explain the issues and all the options. They do great work and arejust all around great guys!

Very quick response to my emergency plumbing need. Drew was helpful, educational and very pleasant. He explained the issues, the cost and preventative options. I am so glad I found Legacy plumbing this is our third service with them and the other times they were exceptional as well. Pricing was fair and market.

My 10 year old water heater quit on me. From the first call, the staff was super friendly and worked hard to meet my needs. Spencer was a great joy to work with; he explained everything well and gave me a fair estimate on the spot. He also completed the work within the time frame discussed. As luck would have it, a week later I was disconnecting my washer to have it removed and the valve sprung a leak. I managed to get it stopped and called Legacy for help. They tried really hard to get me help quickly but in the end, with the leak sealed, I requested that Spencer help with that issue when he came back to complete the water heater repairs. Everything was completed as quoted and done in a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely be using Legacy in the future for my plumbing needs.

We needed a plumbing company to come out and solve our water softener problem. It was easy to make an appointment and we had them out to our house very quickly.
Drew and Nick were wonderful! On time, professional, great communicators, and mindful of keeping the floors protected while hauling out the old softener.

Very pleased with the work Legacy Plumbing did for us. A very positive experience from start to finish. Called to get an appointment and the staff was polite and helpful in working with my schedule. The actual appointment was handled by Tyler & Nick. First, and most important was they were on time. Also, they were very professional and well mannered. They looked at my problem, explained what they would need to do to resolve the issue and gave me an estimate. The work they did was neat and efficient. I would recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone.

Gunnar and Drew came out on 2/26 on a moments notice to fix our tub diverter. So professional and meticulous. Legacy has done several repairs and upgrades for us this year and highly recommend them!

Once again Legacy has provided great service. Early last year I had a sump pump fail and they came out and replaced it right away, saving me from a huge amount of damage to my basement. While there, the repairman noticed that my water heater was pretty old and I should think about replacing it. Fast forward a few months and that water heater began to leak. Alex and Isaiah came and removed the old heater and installed the new one. They were courteous, efficient, and just plain nice guys.

We needed to have a kitchen pipe replaced in an old house. They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate. Drew was very knowledgeable and had a solution that required thinking ‘outside the box’. We are very happy with the work including the cleanup. Drew and Nick were very easy to work, very courteous. Highly recommended.

The guys did a great job. I got a non-emergency appointment in one day. I have a mobile home and many plumbing companies won’t even service mobiles, but Legacy will! Came on time, worked cleanly, got done early. Recommend!

I had a great experience with Drew coming out to look over our sump pump set up. We were specifically inquiring about a possble diverter install and a battery back up system. He was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me honest answers and provided me with multiple options and pricing. We didn't have a go to plumber yet and we will definitely come back to Legacy for any plumbing needs in the future.

I contacted Legacy for a sewer line root cleanout. Courtney on dispatch, was very helpful and set me up with a same day appointment. Tyler, the plumber, was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything. Great people, great service. Would absolutely recommend this business.

Drew and Nick were great. They were on time, clean (they made sure to wear boot covers to keep my floors clean and cleaned up the tub we were having them out to service), and efficient.

The service response was wonderful. Drew and Sean were very easy to work with and listened to my concerns and wishes for replacing the leaking fixture. All work was completed in a timely manner and there was no mess left for me to clean up.

Gunnar came out and helped my neighbor and I when our sinks started overflowing and all sorts of junk! He was quick, efficient, and very thorough to make sure our sinks were fixed. He is very friendly, and did not make a fuss about running all around our apartment building, I know I would lol. Thank you guys! I can do my dishes! (Is that really a bonus?)

Had a drain pipe that had finally sealed up from old age. Legacy came in and replaced the section with no problems. Drew was great to work with! He did not assume things that needed to be done, always asked and gave options. I love that from a service!
