uniforms are not very durable, takes months to get sometimes for new hires, uniform count is usually wrong,
biggest problem are the red shop rags, they come with so much oil in them that if you set a freshly cleaned one on a piece of cardboard it is completely soaked thru in a day. detergent must be super expensive because they are not using much of it

Pay for uniform rental for 11 uniforms, and don't ever get the right amount of uniforms to get you through the week. I don't recommend their services to anyone. Get 3 or 4 pairs of pants a week for a 5 day work week, doesn't work well in grease and oil working environments. Complaints go in to the driver and when the location head guy came in to visit he didn't know about the problems we were having. Just knew that a lot of customers have been complaining. Even after talks with him the problem still persists.

I have been waiting for my new uniforms for almost 9 months, have been emailing the cintas for 7 months they just emailed back we can't find your order we will submit a new one...5 new hires have come in and gotten uniforms in the mean time while I am ruining my own clothes at work unreimbursed because of these mental deficient clowns...if it were up to me I wouldn't trust them to make cereal for other people...I also find it interesting that an employee and at least 1 family member are giving 5 star reviews and mentioning the employee by name lol so star average is probably a lot lower but these rocket scientist are inflating it through self promotion

Super poor and unfriendly service, they forget about the customer after they get you to sign a contract. I don’t recommend this company

still waiting on all my uniforms for two weeks now handed them in to be cleaned and nothing back but still gotta pay for that?
