Very helpful staff. Loaned me a meter to use for locating wiring problem on my SXS trailer.

My hybrid belt broke after getting off the beaver exit and I was able to hobble over to their store. Macade and Morgan were so kind and helpful as I was stressing about my vehicle. I had called around and the common consensus was it needed to be towed 2 hours to my house. I was able to locate the problem and they without hesitation provided any tool I needed. I am so grateful for the help and kindness of these two wonderful individuals.

The employees at this NAPA went above and beyond all expectations. Besides helping me with the parts I needed, they saved me a trip to the lumber yard by giving me an un-needed pallet that worked perfect for my project. I know small towns are usually filled with kind people, but Beaver, Utah is full of kind and friendly humanatarians. Someday I hope to come stay here for pleasure, not becaus my RV was having mechanical issues!

Great service and a great group of guys. I needed a part that they did not have in stock. It was after the last run for the day and one of the employees took it upon himself to call the cedar store and someone met him halfway to get me the part to get me back on the road. You won’t get service like that anywhere else. I highly recommend any of these Tinks stores.

Great service. The staff are very good at making sure you get the right solution you are in need of.

We were having trouble getting an AC charger on our car because it's put together weird. One of the guys saw us struggling and came out to help. It didn't work because our car is junk, but we really appreciate their help and going out of their way to do so. I recommend coming here to anyone needing parts that are passing through the area.

We were headed down the freeway and had car troubles and were able to make it to the Napa store. They helped us diagnose the problem which was the alternator and they even charged our battery for free and directed us to a mechanic that was open on the 24th of July! Thanks you guys! 5 star service! I tried to give them a tip but they refused, wow, good people!

Needed a part badly to improve our camping experience - or at least the return trip from it. Helped me during the 24th of July parade and were very attentive to my needs and getting me the right piece.

They did not have the Snow Chains I needed in stock, but they were very helpful and directed me to the competition across the street! Nice people!

10 + stars if I could. Thankyou Jake! Last weekend traveling on family mini vacation to Las Vegas, had the alternator belt begin to give out so battery was slowly dwindling. Stopped in small town and part was unavailable. Was another hour away from Beaver, Ut and worried. Called a parts store and belt wasn't available, but that wonderful person called me back and had called his buddy at Tink's Napa Auto Parts, who did have the belt (who goes beyond like this anymore). Jake said he would wait until we arrived even though it would be after closing time. Even more amazing Jake took time to put it on for us with special tool as part goes on down by wheel ( long after closing and not an easy Job)
All I can say is "There are still some very good, wonderful folks in the world -- they live in Beaver, UT ". Mentioned this to a coworker and they also had a great story that ended well to an auto problem solved by folks in Beaver Ut, as well.

Jake is an awesome employee who is always willing to go the extra mile to help out customers. The whole staff is great and respectful!

The staff were awesome! Prices were on par, and they allowed us to work on the emergency repair in the parking lot.

I was in and out they had everything I needed for the service of my vehicle and I ordered a couple extra things to be in the morning at 7:00 a.m., how awesome is that!

They have a variety of products. I can always find what I'm looking for, which is awesome for a small town store. The service is always very friendly and helpful.
