It’s hard to find trustworthy and dependable mechanics that will walk you through the process of any issues and give options if available before proceeding with the work. Im always skeptical of auto repair shop going in as a solo female. I found a company who doesn't try to take advantage of you. Absolutely satisfied with the whole process Mission Auto KC uses! The time they take to over look the entire vehicle and send pics along with the repairs and cost and then are able to decide what repairs are being done with no pressure. They are my go to and will recommend to anyone!

I normally don’t do reviews unless they are really good or really bad experience. This one happens to be a really good experience. It’s nice to be able to find a repair shop that you can trust and not worry about getting ripped off, all my repairs were done in a timely manner and a quality of work is excellent. All my repairs were explained very thoroughly. Also, they have a warranty of two years or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, which is unheard of. They are my repair shop now.

At first I had taken the truck to Olathe Dodge... Which was a terrible experience. They tried to charge me $3,800 for a repair on a 2006 Dodge Ram air conditioner, the claimed that I needed a new AC condenser.

I should explain that I used to work on Porsches for a living... I've repaired air conditioners replaced engines rebuilt engines but I wasn't feeling very well, my back was hurting so I decided I would bring it in for the first time in my life

I took it to my friends at mission Auto for a second opinion. They located a leak in the Schrader valve on the low side. They also found that a sensor had come unhooked... They got everything working and refilled and made me aware of other issues on the vehicle. Even explaining how important or an important some of those might be.

They were quick and accurate and affordable. I don't often times bring vehicles and for repairs, but if I do in the future, I think safe to say that I'll drive a few extra miles and go to one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen.

We have been bringing our three vehicles to Mission Auto KC for a year+ now and have had nothing but the best experience each time we come in. From repair work to oil changes and tire rotations, we have been so pleased with the service we've been provided. Most recently, the skilled technicians diagnosed an electrical problem with our mini-van and got it up and running again. I felt like the price for the diagnostic tests (and work to get it running) was VERY reasonable, as I know the technicians spent quite some time working out what the problem was. As an added bonus, you can't beat the customer service here. Friendly, reliable, affordable, competent service... We're happy to have found Mission Auto KC!

I’m not from the area so I just googled the closest thing to my apartment, and wow I’m so glad I did. I called and asked a couple questions and they were so nice. When I came in to get my car fixed they were very welcoming and and fixed the problem at a good price. I’m very appreciative 🙏🏽

Mission Auto is awesome! After having gone to several auto repair shops for suspension on a Civic, including a Honda dealer, the suspension and brakes were worse! Yet the repair shops and dealer "couldn't replicate" our concerns. We went to Mission Auto and they diagnosed the issue and even took extra time to make sure the suspension and brake repair issues were FINALLY fixed. Thank you Mission Auto - you guys are the BEST!

They have been a great change from another auto repair shop. 2 hard to repair Ford diesel trucks back to new. Our entire fleet as well as my truck and wife's car are next. I would highly recommend to anyone skeptical of mechanics. They are fair and it's usually a fast turn around. Probably the best diesel mechanic I've seen.

Mission auto service is great. They looked at my car, and were very detailed as to what it needed. They made me feel like a person, and not just a number in line. We could use more shops like this.

I’ve been visiting Mission Auto KC since I moved back to KC in 2016. They’ve serviced several of my cars, including a Lexus SUV, a Jeep and a Porsche SUV. I’ve been with them through an ownership change, which was seamless, at least to me. They always try to accommodate my schedule, and they’re upfront, honest and fair in their technical evaluations and pricing. Highly recommended and worth a bit of a drive for me.

Everyone at Mission Auto is so nice. I was having a battery issue and they were able to replace a wire to get it running. It turned out a week later that there was an additional electrical component issue that kept my dash lights on and was draining the battery. They took it back in, made it a priority and fixed it right up. Then… they didn’t even charge me for that additional trip. I’ve only used them a couple times but every time has been such a good experience. They are honest, kind, and explain things well!!!! Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Holly, Jeremy, and Brian. Professional opinions were always given and personal opinions were given when asked which was very appreciated. The day before Thanksgiving I had a vehicle emergency. Holly and Jeremy worked with me, stayed after closing, and helped my family get our car on back on the road. Down to earth, relatable, kind, and understanding. They worked with my schedule when they weren’t expected to and helped my family when we were in need. It’s great to not feel panic in situations where many would panic. My vehicles are in great care but setting the mechanical skill set aside, they are fair and personable humans with big hearts. If you’re looking for good people who happen to also be great mechanics, Mission Auto KC is where your vehicle belongs.

They had my car in and out in less than 8 hours. I loved that they sent me an itemized list with charges via text prior to conducting any work - I wish every place did this! Will be bringing my car back to them in the future.
