This review is long overdue. Popped in today real quick and as usual the service was fantastic. It’s a small place where you are always greeted pleasantly, the staff always checks in to see if they can help you find anything and they always have great insight. Doesn’t matter what time of day I go in there it’s always top tier. I know it’s a locally owned, small business and you can tell by the way they treat you!!

I’ve been here twice to purchase my bottle of wine as I am not a heavy drinker. Every time I have come in I am greeted with a smile by the staff and feel like I’m coming in to see an old friend. Yesterday I came in and didn’t realize that the owner was there and I was talking to him. They not only have a good selection for the size of their store, but are always helpful to find an alternative if needed. This is by far one of the friendliest establishments since I have moved to Kansas two years ago. What’s even more awesome is that they give military discounts! I want to say that you will not be disappointed purchasing from this store.

This was a great experience. wonderful customer service, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but very friendly. Did you know they had tester shots of liquor they sale there? I tried this tequila, el bandito. I didn’t buy it at that moment, but I like it! Now I know for next time I come. Overall 5 star with customer service and great vibe.

Simply put: Why would I go anywhere else?
Staff is always professional, affable, good-natured, and friendly. Will bend over backwards to ensure your repeat business. They don’t tolerate jerkoffs, so any One- or Two-Star reviews of their business should be considered suspicious and exaggerated.

Great staff, knowledgeable too.
My fiance and I have been going here for 3 years now and haven't been anywhere else.
If you enjoy a good price, chill workers and a great atmosphere this is your place.
They've got all kinds of alcohol here. Definitely stuff I didn't even know existed.
But we won't go anywhere else!

If over five stars was possible this would be the location I’d give it to. I personally have never had a negative experience when going into this store and today they went ABOVE AND BEYOND just any liquor store.

This store is family owned by a phenomenal family. My wife and I were lucky uncle Pat was there saying hi to the owner Mason. We locked our keys in our car and every where we called basically told us we were S.O.L! But in swoops uncle Pat to save the day. The family of the store took time out of their day to assist us with our vehicle. Mason would check in on us. I very seldom see this in todays retail environment. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES! Definitely stop in and say hi to Mason and his crew! Officially my Go-to liquor store!
Mason even helped us with our purchase and walked it out to the car for us- can’t say enough about my overall positive experience today.

I will not be shopping at any other liquor store from now on!! The most amazing customer service and they went above and beyond to help my wife and I after we locked our keys out of our car. The owner Mason’s uncle, Pat, was so kind and gracious and spent an hour and a half working tirelessly to get our car unlocked for us. Afterwards they invited us in to cool down and we had an awesome chat. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people in it. 100/5 stars.

Great place and great staff. Started going here since I turned 21 and been going ever since. Great selection of pretty much anything. If they don't have it stocked then chances are they can get it ordered and make you a forever customer with their great atmosphere and great service.

Love JJ's, the owner is so personable & helpful. It's super convenient to my house, and he always carries my favorite beer and is up for special orders. Please support this great small business in OP!

Small businesses help to shape the character and reputation of a community. The new owners of JJ’s, Mason and Jessa, bring a warmth and approachability that you would expect from a small business, but that you don’t always get. Beyond the fact that they were liquor store with a good selection, this is a place where are you can ask for recommendations and not feel stupid and also get some good tips about some lesser known labels. Great selection and great service! The owner, Mason, is very helpful with finding exactly what you want. Love the wine Wednesday specials and the variety of wine to choose from. They have a great selection of local craft beers and a nice bourbon selection as well!

JJ's Wine and Spirits new owner, Mason and his Wife Jessa are some of the most wholesome people I've had the pleasure to meet. This is a true mom & pop shop, and they run it with the upmost of care. They have an excellent selection, and they're really know their product, which comes in handy if you have any questions.

By far the best place store in Kansas! Go check them out! Mason is amazing and they have a great selection of bourbon. And they have a great sell of everything!!

They have an excellent selection an Mason was very helpful. He is very responsive and makes sure that he stocks your favorites. I was looking for a hard to find bourbon, and they had four bottles. I, of course, took them all.
