We recently had our roof repaired as a result of hail damage. The process of working with American Family was incredibly smooth. The timing of the claims adjuster coming out to inspect was within two days. Payment for the repair was also incredibly quick. There is not one thing that could have been done to make the replacement process and reimbursement easier.

They go the extra mile to make sure my family and I are covered and covered properly.
