I called and they were sweet. They are giving me a free second opinion on what is wrong with the car. The gentleman working on my car was young and sweet as well. Good vibes. I'm here waiting for my car and I am seeing them going out of their way to help out other customers not even car related. It's cool. Love when people are there for one another. I say if you are looking into buying a car. Come here for their opinion to see if it's worth the price of the car.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated from the receptionist and the manager. The customer service is excellent. They kept me informed about the cost of my repairs and I got a review of all the systems that were good and bad with my car. They called me and let me know if there would be any additional charges also. I was worried about getting home if I had to leave my car. They even provided me with transportation to home and back. Thank you guys you deserve the five star rating. Keep up the good work. God bless you 😇

Called about switching out a flat tire. They were able to get me in not only same day, but right away with no wait, other than what it took to switch out the tires. All staff that I interacted with were kind. Would recommend.

I do recommend service here because Nancy was very nice keeping me updated with my car. I'm glad Luis found only a small issue with my car and I drove of the lot just fine. Triple AAA was great with the Tow / checkup services, too. Will return if needed.

Took mom's car in for an oil change and got quick service from polite and professional people. Didn't try to "find" reasons for me to spend more money. I'll definitely be going back.

I’ve been here twice now for service. They’re easy to deal with and have treated me fairly. They’ve been willing to discuss the process and charges with me before starting the work, and are not pushy about what should be done vs. needs to be done.

I dealt with Nancy at the front desk she was absolutely wonderful and very professional. Kept me well informed on the whole process. I would give you a 5 star rating. Its great to have a place you can take your cars and feel you are not getting taken advantage of.

Can't say anything bad about this shop. Amazing service! Had a 9:00 appointment to learn what my car needed. By 9:30, we had a diagnosis, and the car was already on the rack. 2:30, picked it up...new brakes all around.

Great, down to earth people who know how to run a business the right way. As a woman, I'm so glad I've found a place that I feel comfortable doing business with and understanding the recommendations and costs. I took my car in for several issues, and preferred to delay the work on one of the issues for a few weeks. I did not feel pressured at all to complete the entirety of the work right then and that is why I am returning to them to finish it out. Reasonable prices and specials too! Highly recommend!

Tess, Joe, Reggie and the tech team took extra good care of my Ford F-150 and me! In addition to my regular oil and filter change they took care of coolant, transmission, and differential maintenance and service needs. I trust the care of my truck to them.

I’ve had them replace a timing belt and everything that goes along with that. Excellent job! I had a question about if my van needed a transmission cooler added since I put a trailer hitch on it and they answer that question by doing an inspection on the van at no charge. They have excellent information and have reasonable prices.

I had a very good experience at new Constance Auto Service I called them up to make an appointment they told me to bring it in I took it in they called me to tell me what the problem was I told them to go ahead with the fix they had it done quickly I will definitely take my vehicle back the new Concepts Auto Service in the future if it ever needs anything work done again

Overall a great experience! Very good communication and absolutely no pressure to complete any/all services needed or recommended. We will definitely use New Concept for any of our other vehicle maintenance or service needs.

Great service. Very friendly. I appreciate that they will tell me that I will need a specific service soon. My brakes were wearing. They told me I’ll need to replace soon. Allows me to budget and I know they are just pushing services that may not be needed
