We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. We walked in with a price point and Josh (JC) never directed us differently. He not only helped us pick out our perfect fit but explained the science behind it. We asked multiple questions to all of which he had very educated answers to. Highly recommend! JC was awesome to deal with. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about all the products. The store clean and very organized. I bought a box springs and mattress and will definitely buy my next set from there too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Our only disappointment is with the Mattress Firm’s policy of not hauling away our Sleep Number mattress.

He was also very patient in assisting me to find the perfect mattress set . Due to his outstanding service, I would recommend that store to everyone! In an emergency, me and the wife needed a bed frame for our queen sized mattress. We had ordered a frame from Amazon but they ended up giving us the wrong size. We went straight to this location and was greeted by the wonderful Julia. Straight to the point, helpful, funny and charming, she helped us straight away with our purchase. In and out in 15 mins. WOW! The store has a wide selection of different styles/brands to offer. Mark Holland was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his honesty and the fact that we weren’t pressured into buying anything. Mark and Stefanie worked as a great team together making sure that what we were trying out was in stock. Would recommend to a friend.

Just to preface we haven’t actually slept on our new mattress that we purchased but we are so excited. The process was great. We literally spent an entire 12 hours on a Saturday going to multiple stores. Started out at this store and came back right before they closed. No pushy salesman but very knowledgeable.

I shopped around for a bed and I found some cheaper and some a lot more expensive. But what sold me was your customer service. I dealt with both your Assistant Manager and your store manager. They both asked me questions that I did not even think to ask.they know your product. I was a manager in retail for years. I know a lot about customer service.
