Jason was so patient and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a beauty rest because the one I purchase from sears about 10 years ago is still in very good condition. Jason explained that the good mattress pad I keep on the mattress is partly the reason. Jason provided a demonstration to me on how to use the adjustable base. Jason is super knowledgeable on the mattress pad covers and all of the mattresses. I asked Jason so many questions and his responses result in an education for me on mattresses. I will definitely recommend Jason to family and friends. Although prices are so high as with everything I walked away pleased with the purchase. Mattress Firm has an excellent employee in Jason.
