I had been with an inurance company for over 20 years. Recently the rates had increased a lot and the customer service had dwindled with my agent. I reached out to Greg at State Farm for a new quote for both home and auto. I quickly received an email telling me what information they would need. I spoke with Cameron and later Greg about my insurance. Both agents spent a lot of time with me explaining the insurance and my options. They made me feel very comfortable as a new customer and that I would be in good hands selecting State Farm as my new insurance company. I have nothing but positive things to say about this crew at State Farm. Greg Aldridge has personally taken the time to meet up with my family and I multiple of times to discuss life insurance and make sure we got what we needed and broke it down in a way we could understand. After moving from Missouri my Wife and I stopped by and talked to Cameron to see what State Farm had to offer in the way of car insurance and renters insurance. We found that switching insurance companies we now have BETTER coverage for LESS money.

The Greg Aldredge agency is truly full service. A friend recently had some water damage from a broken pipe in his basement. This is the one. I have been with State Farm since 1997. Greg Aldridge is now my Agent. This is not a one-man office. They have a large staff and respond quickly. Everyone in the office is polite and helpful. Cameron was extremely helpful with my new insurance needs.

Greg Aldridge and his office (especially Karen!) give State Farm a great name!! I have been a client of State Farm's since I could drive - which is over 40 years ago. I signed up in 1981 with Gary Bilton, whose office it was before Greg, and I have worked with Karen (and Linda before her) many times, including on a large homeowner's claim, as well as a few vehicle claims over the years. Karen, Gary, and all the other office staff have been understanding, patient, and honest with me every single time. I recommend them to everyone I know, especially people who have had bad insurance experiences. I have never had any problem with communication or claim resolution with this office, and they should be considered a credit to State Farm! Great customer service! I would definitely recommend Greg and Jordan for insurance knowledge and savings.

I am not a big review person so it's a big deal when I do post a review. My former State Farm agent returned to claims and I was assigned to Greg's office. My first meeting, with Brian Titus, was wonderful. Brian recommended several changes to my coverage that will make it more efficient and resulted in some decent savings to both my home and auto policies. Brian is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to my future relationship with this agency.

Greg took over the business of my prior agent, but it has been Greg's for many years now, and I can tell you this: Greg runs a great business and has surrounded himself with a phenomenal staff. I'm sure I could talk with Greg if I ever needed to, but his seasoned staff has always been able to quickly and effectively deal with my issues. I've dealt with many insurance companies and agencies and these folks are among the very best -- capable, flexible and responsive. Insurance companies can be impenetrable byzantine empires and it can be hard to know you're getting the right coverage at the best price or handling a claim the right way. A solid agency like this makes you feel assured. I highly recommend them.
