I recently took my GTI here and the service was great. Very friendly and helpful. They fixed all the issues with my car for a few hundred dollars as opposed to the $12,000 Lee’s Summit VW said it would cost. I highly recommend this place.

The team at Volkswerks really took care of us. We had been traveling and visiting family in Kansas City when my Volkswagen's battery failed. After calling around to all the dealerships and being told there would be a 5-7 day wait to get our car in we called Volkswerks and they were able to get the car in that afternoon and fixed by the next day. The cost was reasonable and they truly saved us a lot of stress.

This has been the best experience going to a repair shop I have ever had and I've only owned used cars ( so I've been to a lot) David explained everything. He added no pressure and prices were very competitive. He even advised me that I had a recall and to contact the dealer to get my issue fixed and as we know that was pure integrity which a lot of places lack. As long as I have a volkswagen this is the only place I will take it to.

Chris and David took care of my extremely unfortunate Tiguan for several years; they were able to get the root of the problem each time and did great work. Very honest, never tried to up-sell, took time to get to know me, and are great to talk to. If the quality of my car matched the quality of the care it received, I would have been even luckier. 100% recommend. They look at other import models too, so I’ll continue to be a customer. Amazing & quick service! Volkswagen in Lee's Summit wanted $1800 & to keep my car a week to replace my oil seal. The guys at Volkswerks charged $900 & kept it 2 nights, but only because I had to work & couldn't make it there before they closed or it would have just been a 1 night & 1 day job. Excellent work, great customer service, definitely a repeat customer! Thanks!!

My daughter said 10 out of 5 stars. I agree. From beginning to end, great communication and service. I am a critical and anti-social personality and they dealt with my unnatural love for my car and I left completely satisfied. I have never met a mechanic that actually listened and heard me. They met my budget (and I believe applied undue discounts to satisfy my limit) and exceeded my expectations. Well deserving of AAA+, from the front desk to the garage. I highly recommend.

Great shop. They have a lot of experience on VWs and are honest about what you need done. They got my car done over the weekend and it was super simple to drop off and pick up.

I have used Volkswerks for many years. I owned a 1985 GTI in the early 90's and they handled my services then and have always been fair. Recently brought them my 2016 Audi A8 for an electronics issue and they resolved it with less than an hour of shop time. I would very much recommend Volkswerks as an option to dealer service.

Great customer service from a team that really takes pride in their work. I have taken my old Audi and my new VW here and will continue to do so. They really care that your vehicle operates optimally and that you understand whatever issues arise and why.

Awesome! Chris saved my car from death. For a VW shop I got out for less than the generic auto shops were charging me.
I actually used this shop many years ago when I had a VW and came back now that I have another. They seem very knowledgeable and more than fair on checking my car out. Highly recommend.

Very Honest men! I'm so appreciative of David and Chris. From the service to the labor. I was in a panic coming from a over priced dealership and these guys came through and got the job done. My timing chain skipped time and those of you who knows anything about cars, any Engine work isn't easy and very costly. I left with a reasonable bill and a satisfied costumer. They took the time to explain in detail the issue and explain the solution Which is huge to a woman who knows nothing about cars. Long story short my car runs like new, Excellent mechanics!

Volkswerks quickly diagnosed the starting problem on my daughters Jetta after several failed trips to the VW dealer, along with two other local shops. The communication from David was fantastic and price was very fair. We’ll be bringing our car to you guys from now on!

My 20AE GTI died in Kansas City on the way from Tampa to Boulder and boy am I thankful that it did. Strange right? Here’s why:

Chris is the best VW mechanic I have been fortunate enough to meet. I am a veteran and have literally moved around the world with this car over the past 18 years and haven’t found another mechanic that knows the MK4 VWs as well as he.

Chris not only had a new fuel pump and filter installed on my car within an hour and a half - important on a cross-country trip - he fixed a handful of persistent issues Ive had with the car that other mechanics either couldn’t fix or didn’t even recognize as issues.

Although I live in Florida, Volkswerks is my VW shop. I will be bringing my 20AE in to Chris’s shop for all planned maintenance and service.

Can't say enough about the service and professionalism I experienced. It was honest and fair. The repairs for my older VW were simple and they kept it as such I really appreciated that.

I am a former customer of Bud Brown VW in Olathe. For three years they were dishonest with me and my 2004 VW Passat. After numerous repairs with them I decided it was time to take it to a shop and not a dealer. David and Chris took good care of me and my car. I took it in on Monday morning, an hour later David called me telling me they discovered the sources of my problems. Long story short the repair was probably half of what BB would have charged me. Chris took time to explain to me what the source of my problem was, how it affects my car, etc. Chris and I got a road map now what I need to fix next and how soon. These are guys you can trust with your time and your car. Did I mention that got an alternator, turbo boost control valve, oil change, antifreeze bottle replacement, and hood fix all done the same day I dropped it off? ALL OF THIS CHRIS GOT DONE THE DAY I DROPPED OFF MY CAR!!! Bud Brown would take days!!! Volkswerks will be the only shop to ever work on my car!!!

Excellent mechanics! Honest, fair priced, and hard working. Chris has worked on various cars of mine for several years and has always done a great job for the right price.

Great shop with a great attitude. Very experienced mechanics and techs will answer any question you might have and will treat or Audi or VW like its theirs. I have had service done on my A4 here ever since I bought it, A+

Highly recommended, Our '06 VW Jette tdi broke while my son was using thanks to David and Chris it's back on the road. I'm recouping from a fermur fracture and couldn't be there to help my son out. My background is in VW & Audi service. The diagnoses and repair work at Volkswerks was done in a timely and cost efficient manor. Communication and repair quote was right on.
