This establishment is known for its honesty. Joe and Zach assisted me with servicing my son's 2014 Audi Q7, including new front brakes, an oil change, and new spark plugs and tune-up. They were able to accommodate us during my son's spring break when time was limited. Joe gave me heads up on what to keep an eye on while this vehicle ages. Thank you, guys! I will definitely recommend you and return in the future!

Brought in my '14 RAM for an aftermarket exhaust install. Because I have headers, I needed a custom installl and these guys nailed it. Very clean, professional work, looks great and sounds incredible! Joe was great to work with and runs a great shop, I highly recommend them.

I have always found them to be honest, trustworthy, thorough, and skilled. Outstanding customer service. The only down side is that it can take a while to get scheduled, because they are in so much demand from their huge following of loyal satisfied customers! Joe and Zach are great and the world would be a better place if more businesses were run like they run Quest!

We’ve taken our vehicles to Joe and Zach for years for services ranging from routine oil changes to timing belt replacements and new brakes. Most recently with the brakes, Joe was honest in recommending only what needed to be replaced and explaining what could wait with an estimated mileage before replacement would be necessary. This transparency is not something you’ll find at every shop. We have always been very pleased with the quality of service, thorough diagnosis of issues, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

My front turn signal and a headlight were out. Also, I had an air vent that was blowing cold air when the heat was on. Quest fixed both issues quickly. The service was great, Zach was in constant communication throughout the repair letting me know what was going on. This is a great shop and I will go back here for all my auto work in the future.

Joe and Zach I believe his name was were extremely helpful getting my vehicle in on short notice (I have a cross country road trip) despite being extremely busy. Not only did they preform exceptional work but they also informed me on what is currently going on within my vehicle so I know what maintenance may be expected in the future. Highly recommended.

I took my son’s car to Joe based on the other google reviews that I read. I’d never seen and auto mechanic with such amazing reviews. Let me tell you that they are all true. Joe and his staff are very friendly, professional, and honest. Joe took the time to personally go over the work they did and give me an honest assessment of my son’s car. Can’t begin to thank them enough for an amazing customer service experience.

Excellent service point, A guy name with Jake is amazing. Very fair prices, my kia Sedona windshield washer fluid pump was not working and got it replaced with new one they charges me $181 which is completely fair and acceptable price. Their diagnosis price is also fair as it was 60 bucks. I had already done with the diagnosed part to other place and they charged me 81 for the diagnosis and quote me 380 to replace one. But here I have been treated well and fair. Would definitely recommend them and would rate them 9/10. This is place is super busy with so many customers so make sure you make an appointment in appropriate time. Traverse is also a best guy and whatever he suggests is definitely Positive. Would definitely come back for all other future services.

I'd planned on doing the work myself due to a very high quote I received from a dealer. Joe took the time to explain to me why that particular job was better left to a professional. In the end, fewer parts were needed for the initial job, I tacked on two additional jobs, and still saved about $300 from the dealer quote.

I think I finally have a neighborhood mechanic again! Based on the number of vehicles in his lot, though, everyone in the neighborhood already trusts Quest with their auto work!

I was looking for a family owned business last fall for our 2 vehicles. I called Joe when I needed new tires and an oil change before my daughters surgery on one. He squeezed us in, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products he offers. I was also privileged to speak with his son Zach. They make quite a team! I used to be in the car business that required me to work with all sorts of auto shops and offering filters and other products to upsell the customer is expected…not with Quest! They are honest and offer what is necessary. We are back again this month and they have been consistent with their excellent customer service! We had some repairs this time that we expected and they were very fair. Call ahead because they are always booked and for good reason!!

I’ve been going to Joe’s auto service shop now for over 10 years. I have never seen such honest, fair and true professionalism. I have a daughter who drives back-and-forth to college 3 hours away with a lot of wear and tear on her car. I trust Joe implicitly to give me advice on the maintenance of her car yearly as if it was his own child’s car. Highly trust and value Joe and everybody there!!

I called them this morning; 1/4/23 around 830am and talked to Zach who was so refreshing because we all know that car issues are annoying - but even though, they were incredibly busy; he told me to stop by with my issue. I was there for maybe 30 minutes altogether before Zach figured out what the problem was. It took him five minutes! He was so polite; kind and he explained to me exactly what happened; and he didn't charge me when he could've - even though it took him less than five minutes to figure out what was going on. It was my first time at this business; but I will most certainly be back. You can just tell that they take pride in their business and their customers. Thank you, Zach!

He took his time to explain what to expect and gave options with a recommendation. Then did exactly what they said in the timeframe given. Unfortunately a hard to find experience anymore.

The owner called himself to be sure I was happy with the service - not an automated system or call center. He called because it’s important to him to know what his customers think. That says it all.

A very busy repair shop. Always thoroughly inspect the vehicle before starting work so you can know exactly what all it needs to have done. Very honest, very accurate repair estimates. Joe and Zach are patient and detailed, explain well, never assume you know about car or engine stuff. Highly recommend for any car service work, major or minor.

Joe is one of the most amazing person in the world. He has been helping my family and I for so many years and has never failed us.
