Auto Doctors

We have used Auto Doctors in Overland Park for two years for maintenance and repairs for our 2013 diesel truck. The staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodates our schedule. We have had some things that were out of the ordinary and the condition was explained very well. The ability for us to call them if this condition returns while we’re traveling and know they will stand behind their work is great! Work is done when promised!

Recently had a favored and trusty mechanic retire and have been trying to find someone we could trust to shoot us straight on repairs on older everyday-use cars. Alex and Ernie have been fantastic to work with, honest about repair needs and urgency of issues. We travel past several repair shops to work with the Overland Park team and appreciate the personal service we get here.

The service was fantastic and they were patient and knowledgeable. Twice I’ve taken my car to them for repairs and they’re always friendly and efficient. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Just this last month we had major repairs done. We drove our family to Utah for Thanksgiving. While there we started smelling a very strange smell from our car. We called Auto Doctors for advice. They were not sure what the issue was, but they spent the time to call around to find a close NAPA shop who would respect the warranty on our new parts AND had time to look at our car two days before Thanksgiving. Thanks to them our car was looked at, and the mechanic found nothing wrong. We were able to drive the 16 hours home without drama. We are so grateful to take our cars to honest, service-oriented people like Auto Doctors.

Engine light was on and our van was running poorly. The mechanic figured out there was a bad coil pack. I decided to replace all the plugs and coils and glad I did. Van runs great. I take all my vehicles here! Alex Edman, the service advisor is the best to work with, goes the extra mile to take care of us!

They were so fast! Got me in and out and they found my oil leak that I was worried about. My van feels brand new!

Great customer service and I always trust them with our vehicles. Been going there for years... they know what they are doing, are fairly priced, and go out of their way to provide the best service. I wouldn’t trust others who don’t know my car.

My radiator hose needed to be replaced. I called Auto Doctors and I was given very special service. They told me to bring my auto right over and I did. And my auto was fixed within an hour! Can't beat that anywhere! I highly recommend Auto Doctors. Thank you! You saved me from a big problem.

Very friendly and efficient automotive repair/maintenance business. They made sure to have required parts in house prior to setting appointment. Updates were provided during the repair process. I would definitely recommend Auto Doctors.

The people at the desk are incredibly kind and personable! We are new to the area, and they helped us learn a bit more about things and feel welcome. This is our second oil change with them, and everything has run really well after both times. They also helped us get our brakes up when we did not know the pads were so thin. Our family had a safe spring break trip thanks to their help. They do good work!

Everyone was knowledgeable and prompt; providing same day service. The work completed was as expected and comes with a warranty. I am VERY pleased and now a loyal customer. Thank you!

They let me change my time for my oil change because of weather. So nice of them!!

Auto Doctors did a great job on my elderly Mom's car. They quoted me a great price to complete 30,000 mile check up and did only the service that it needed after completing checklist; an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived to pick up car, they advised there was no charge. I am not sure if I mentioned to them when I requested quote, that my father had recently passed away. Their kindness and quality work is very much appreciated!

Really happy with this service. They were very reasonably priced, performed the service quickly, and were friendly. A tire rotation and fully synthetic oil change was under $100. Very happy!

They are a family run business and very nice to work with. I drop my car for service, which is convenient since it’s across the street from my office. If you need to wait for your car, there are several restaurants right behind them that you can walk to.

Very happy with the work done on our 21 year old Saturn. Thank you for getting us in so quickly in spite of the amount of vehicles in que. Alex was very professional and took care of us.

Alex was great! My car died in a parking lot and he was able to have it towed in immediately and the repair was done reasonably and within 24 hours.
