Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We will go out of our way to visit this DQ location. Food is always fresh and the staff friendly! The restaurant & restrooms are clean. We always leave happy!

The service here is excellentt and food was great. They remembered each person’s custom order. We were very pleased and will be back often!

The restaurant was clean, the chicken strip basket was fresh, and the ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be back.

This is a new Dairy Queen - literally one week old. It has a modern layout, is shiny and has all the latest decor and equipment. It is easily the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been in, and I have been in many. They have one of the very nice self-serve soda machines with numerous options. They have a few flat screen televisions with sports programming in the lobby. They even have you take a number when you order and bring your food out to you.

The food was solidly good - my son and I got the 5 buck meals with bacon chicken sandwiches, fries and small sundae. All were well prepared.

Service was friendly, but hesitant. This is a new restaurant and they aren't fully comfortable with their new roles. The manager came around and checked on us, asking for feedback. We were happy with our meal and happy to have a better option.

One thing notable about this location is its proximity to Twisters, a frozen custard place perhaps 100 yards due north of DQ. Twisters has good frozen treats similar to DQ blizzards and has made a living by its proximity to the baseball fields and lack of competition. Twisters only has frozen custard and hot dogs, but the dog isn't very good and almost nobody gets one. Twisters is VERY expensive - the cost of one blizzard look-alike is more than the DQ 5 buck or 6 buck meal meal. What's more is that Twisters is outside-only, so it is very seasonal. I see the opening of DQ here as the beginning of the end for the nearby Twisters.

Food was delicious and the service too notch. Restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms. We'll certainly be back.

I made a mistake when I ordered a cake online. The staff inside we're so incredibly accommodating. They were able to fix my mistake and have me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service at this location!

Great place to go here frequently. I would encourage everyone to download the app and earn points. Makes it more affordable!

My friend and I were craving some Dairy Queen - he got a Peanut Buster Parfait and I got the Raspberry Fudge Bliss Blizzard. It definitely hit the spot - when it comes to ice cream or ice cream treats you really can't go wrong with Dairy Queen!!

Amazing!! Management and staff were so kind and attentive! I was in town from San Antonio tx treating my granddaughter for her birthday. They made us feel like royalty. Thank you so much for making this a special treat!

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact the window cashier didn't give me back my change of $12.00. I was there on 3/18/22 @ 8:57:11pm, order #AAAESKPNAJFS. I didn't notice I was missing my change until after they closed. I didn't call the location the next day because I figured they would just think I was trying to scam them. However, after being in Retail for many years and completing thousands of cash reports myself, I know what it's like to have customers call and report a shortage in change given back. The cashier & I were distracted because I needed a lid put on my ice cream (the ice cream I ordered was great). Since my order was $8.16, amount tendered was $20.16, my change due of $12.00 made my order VERY expensive.

** 03/23/22 ---> I edited this Review to 5 Stars. The Store Owner/Mgr was very professional & friendly and gave me my $12.00 change back today. I also got 2 Buster Bars which are always great at this location. Thank you!!

Much easier to get to than some of the other locations. Friendly and fast service and the food was hot and fresh. Ice cream was great as per usual and they had some kids shows on inside which was helpful during our dinner with our toddler.

Great place to stop in to cool off and have some lunch. We were in town for softball and stopped here for ice cream and food.

With 7 grandchildren we have many opportunities to visit dairy queen. Every visit has been positive and today was no exception. The dining area was clean and bright. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful even when we asked to substitute items in a meal. We appreciate the service we receive at this location and will return.

During a field trip we showed up with about 20 people total. The staff was absolutely amazing and let us know there were only two people working at the time but would do their best to have the food out in a timely manner. The food was greasy and this was the fastest service I have had at a DQ in a long time.
