We have had American Family Insurance with Cindy Jarvis for many years. In that time period we have had several home owner claims due to water damage. In every instance the claim was satisfied quickly and with excellent results. Cindy followed up and made sure that we had what we needed. We have Home, Auto and Life with her because of the excellent service we always receive. Our children also have coverage with her and we plan on continuing our coverage for years to come.

Cindy Jarvis has been my agent for about 15 Years. I started with her and American Family because the premium was better than I was getting before, and her service personally addressed my needs, which were unusual at the time. During the years, she has been very responsive to my needs and always willing to talk about any issues that arise. I especially like the fact that she has always been respectful and never applied any pressure to purchase more insurance or to shame me if I had an accident.

My husband Alex and I just recently changed over to Cindy's Agency after being with State Farm for over a decade. Cindy was awesome at answering all my questions and emails! Amazing customer service! We’ve had American Family insurance through Cindy Jarvis for 20 plus years. She has been great through those years with our family and very professional at all times.

I’ve been with Cindy for over 5 years now after I transferred my car from AmFam in Independence with Claude Chafin. Claude is a great guy, I still stay in touch with him and I don’t even have a policy there. So I was hoping for the same experience here in Kansas. That didn’t happen. I am going through a divorce and Cindy allowed my wife to cancel a policy on my vehicle, which was the vehicle she wanted in our divorce originally and I let her have it. But after not paying the note for three months or the registration, and purchasing a new car, and yes, getting a policy with Cindy on her new vehicle, Cindy canceled my policy that both my wife and me were on. The vehicle is in my name and when I first got separated Cindy told me she was not making any policy changes because that is the procedure they have in place during separations. I still have a loan on the his vehicle, Cindy knew this, and yet she still allowed my wife to cancel the policy without even a phone call to me or a text. She even knew that the courts prohibit any changes on auto or health insurance during a separation. This is unlawful and bad practice. My wife was with Cindy before we married so I guess it’s the girls club sticking together. Whatever the reason, I will not be doing any business here again and if you do get separated, make sure you are aware of the behind the scenes action of this office.
