Marilynn's Place

I have passed by this restaurant so many times and we decided to finally drop in and try Marilynn's Place. Oh my gosh, I had the Western Omelet and my husband had the Spanish one. Both were loaded with meat, cheese, and veggies. I asked if I could add their gravy, onions and peppers to my hashbrowns and I am so glad that our server was kind enough to say no problem. I am high maintenance where my breakfast is concerned. They blew me away. Everyone was so friendly and it was like sitting in my family's kitchen. We both left stuffed and my Son enjoyed my leftovers. The pies looked very tempting, but I told them I will be back for a slice very soon. If you are traveling through this place is worth a stop. If you live in Osage City or nearby you probably already have. Great food, good people and reasonable prices what's not to love!

They have great food, amazing service and the people who eat there are so nice. One of the best places I’ve eaten at by far.

Very friendly staff. Great service and really good food. They offer home made pie by the hands of a lady with many years of experience. Your can taste the love in every bite. A definite do again.

This is absolutely the best restaurant this side of the Mississippi. If you haven’t been to Marilynn’s yet, stop by for amazing service and atmosphere! The food is incredible!

We had a wonderful night of great food and a nice evening out! We will be back...our new local favorite. The pie is made from scratch and the steak was among the best! Good prices and specials every day. The service was personable and fast with everything perfect. Highly recommend!

We came in during lunch and it was busy but the staff was amazing, very friendly! The food came out hot, tasted amazing, and our drinks never went empty! 100% one of the best places to eat at!

Excellent service, a group of use just met for pie but the pie is homemade and excellent with several different types. Will return for lunch definitely.

I love that I can go here and sit, look around and remember all the times my dad and I were there eating after a day out quail hinting. The food is really good and the prices are wonderfully inexpensive! And the staff that is obviously a family (either blood or not) made for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit! Thank you Marilynn's for still being here and maintaining so many good qualities and giving me the opportunity to stroll down memory lane while telling my wife the stories of visiting there with my family so many years ago!

The food was really good and this was my second time eating there!!

Pretty faithful to my usual breakfast place Green Acres but with the road being closed & detour it gave us a chance to try this place out. I’ve gotta say it was amazing & definitely needs to be everyone’s breakfast stop by far one of the top breakfast spots in the area! The staff was all kind and friendly as well all around just an enjoyable place!

They have very good service as well as food...the fried mushrooms are AMAZING..also biscuits w gravy...love that this restaurant treats all customers like family

We eat here a lot. Fast, friendly service. Home made desserts. Definitely one of those places that I'm not afraid to bring my Autistic child. They don't shoo her away, rush her, anything. When the Girl Scout group came and had their dessert order come out - pre ordered and handmade ahead of time- it was chocolate. My girl doesn't eat chocolate. They had no issue accommodating her, the GS and the owner were great. We really love the daily specials. Spaghetti is amazing!

Best little diner I've ever been too. The food,service and staff are excellent and the price is perfect. Definitely a must for anyone in the Topeka /Osage or surrounding area to vist.

Very good food and homade pie

The pie is still delicious! The surf and turf was very tasty, the steak done to my preferences.

I always sit close to the pie case, but I try to make sure someone notices me before I sit down, since it's kind of a hidden zone. Failed this time, so there was a delay of a couple minutes before pie was fetched and I actually was spotted. Ohhh, come to think of it, I brought more pie home for breakfast!

Always have great specials and menu options. Quantity and quality of food is always excellent. Very satisfied with service and never disappointed.
