Such a great variety of items. Customer service was INCREDIBLE. The guy with beard and glasses working Nov 27th around 3pm, he was WONDERFUL!!! Was ready to show us how items worked and tell us about his trial and error with things we were interested in.

Honestly, the whole staff was great, but he was above and beyond. They turned a grey day into a way better one and they were kind and helpful to the whole family. Thank you!!

McCoy's is a wonderful place to shop. They've helped us several times with different technology issues and upgrades, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The staff is always incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to explain things and ensure we understand. They have a great variety of products (pretty darn impressive for a small town!), and their toy section always keeps our kids entertained while we get the help we need. We're incredibly grateful to have this store in our community!

Always a great experience shopping at McCoy's Radio Shack! Everyone there have always been so helpful and friendly. I recommend them often. I have bought toys, TVs and upgraded phones here. They always answer all my questions and make sure I am set with everything I need before I leave. You can go in and look around without feeling pressured to buy something also!

Always great customer service at McCoys! They go above and beyond to help you find what you want and know how to use it! They are also always supporting the school and the community which is so important in a small town. The main benefit of shopping at McCoys is that you don’t just buy a product and you’re on your own - they’re always there to help even after your purchase!

I would give MORE than 5 stars if I could! Most excellent experience purchasing our new phones here! Techs right on hand to talk to and answer questions, along with friendly, knowledgeable staff! Soooo much better than buying in Topeka Verizon where they take your money WITH NO SUPPORT and push you out the door!

I couldn't get in to look at TVs so I trusted TJ to take care of what l was looking for and he hit a home run. Love the Samsung model he suggested and delivered and set up. Thanks to Patrick and Thelston for the set up. Very knowledgeable !!

After buying cheap electronics that quit working within a year from big box stores, I only buy electronics from McCoys now. Everything I've bought from them is still going. Also, thee knowledgeable customer service is far superior to big box stores.

Small towns are the best in customer service, and McCoy's Radio Shack paves the way. Always able to help, via phone, text, in person. Very informative, and up to speed on everything they carry. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys have the best customer service hands down. I was in town from South Carolina lost my iPhone. Found these fine folks and I was in and out in less than 35 min with new phone in hand. Superb service.

TJ and staff at the Osage store are very helpful. Can count on them to answer question, provide service and repairs. We traded cell phones there and they transferred all the contacts and apps quickly. Also have prices comparable or less than Big Box stores. Recently we purchased Tv and sound system and laptop for college bound daughter. Only a phone call away if you have questions. They are supportive of the community. Nice to talk to a person if having problems instead of a machine. Shop local.

They are the best "Go-To" Electronic store around. All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. Osage City is fortunate to have them available to serve the people & the surrounding communities. They are very civic minded & always support the community.

We bought an LG TV from McCoy’s RadioShack. We absolutely love the TV for many reasons, but my kids love it especially because they can talk into the remote to direct it to the shows they want to watch! We had them mount and install the new TV, as well as mount our old TV in the basement. They both look perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

McCoy’s RadioShack has a tremendous variety including the newest accessories and tech gadgets! The staff is always friendly and willing to help! We recently purchased a wireless router extender at RadioShack and they came out to the house to help us properly install it! The service after purchase is always awesome!

I just got a Mac here and I’m so happy I went with RadioShack is Osage City! I know TJ, and saw a couple weeks ago he had some Macs, I messaged him and he was able to get with his rep and find me an amazing deal on a great computer that is perfect for me! They put Microsoft office on for you. This small town business isn’t just the convenient option, it’s the best products, the trust of knowing that you’re putting your money in the right place, and the peace of mind knowing that they will go out of their way to get you what you want and need, without trying to swindle you into all the bells and whistles that you aren’t looking for. McCoy’s is a little gold mine in small town Kansas and you will never want to go to a big box store again.
