They treat you like a person not just a paycheck or a number.
We had to replace our card that we auto pay our storage with & they called and let us know right away the payment didn't go through.
They were patient & understanding. They really work with you & make you feel like a valued client.

Great place to use for storage. Short or long term. We've used it for several years never had any problems.

I've been looking at ABS plastic rear window louvers for my Mustang for quite a while and when I found one, it was owned by a wonderful couple who used this facility in Tonganoxie. The husband was driving a lifted truck when we met and now I know why. The access drives to the storage was not the Kansas turnpike, which I used to get here, wait, yes it was, only the turnpike appears to be doing something about it. Be very careful when you drive around and have a plan for emergency procedure. I wish I had taken pics of the Grand Canyon of Stack & Stuff Storage but safety was my first concern.

Parking lot/drives need work, the run off water from the downspouts need buried or redirected to prevent erosion around the concrete slabs the units are built on or they're going to have cracked floors/slabs very soon- leads to leaking & other damages.
Updated: we were there helping a friend move & with my idle stand by time, my day job responsibilities kicked in when I started to take notice of my surroundings lol It may have just been issues with the building we were by, but it was concerning as preventive maintenance because you could see where the ground has really been gouged away by the downspouts. But 20 yrs & you guys are still kicking so maybe just an anomaly I was standing by. Other than that, was impressed with the gate system that seemed to work overtime without fail and the buildings are clean & camper storage area well lit which I'm sure is reassuring for those tenants belongings.
