Thought I’d give US Bank another shot after discontinuing business with them years ago. Glad I did. The store manager Brian graced me with professionalism, courtesy, expertise, knowledge, and the best US Bank customer experience I’ve ever had. I’m hard to impress and I’m impressed.

The Branch Manager Brian and Aditya helped us through a very difficult situation. This is a busy location and we appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

I recently opened a second account with us bank at this branch. I was helped by Lindsey Hughes the assistant manager at this location. Lindsey was amazing and helpful. Every question I had was answered quickly and insightful. He also made great suggestion for my future banking which I appreciate since I'm still learning about financing. Once again..

This is the best us bank ive been too in a long time and i love the people customer service is at its highest

Got to the drive-thru before it closed at 5:30pm and made my deposit.

Been there 3 times for drive thru, in the last 3 months at 7:30 am and had to leave to get to work because no one was there to open drive through by 7:38

I mostly go to this location as it is closest to me… although the ATM is broken about 50% you go. Also a huge pot hole by the ATM that’s been there forever and nobody fixing it. The wait times are always extremely long.

I am the treasurer for a non-profit that uses this bank. It has taken them about 2 months (and counting) to transfer the account over from the previous treasurer to me. This is with repeated calls and emails to remind them to get it switched over. It took so long that I ended up taking a ~$400 expense on my personal card. I will get reimbursed for this when they finally put me on the account but that is still just unbelievable and hindering our ability to operate the organization.

The atm did not let me withdraw my money. Got an error. I got a email recipe and did get the charge on my account. I went inside and was provide a number to call. Called the number and was inform that it would take up to 45 days to dispute the atm issue. Now I have to wait to get my money back.
