Fry's Car Care 95th In Leawood

I rolled into Fry's late Friday afternoon bc my engine light was on and my car was having a hard time starting - I was panicking bc I was leaving for a road trip at the crack of dawn the next day. The two guys were spread thin, but said they would at least check to see if it was the battery. They were so nice, professional and helpful. They replaced my battery and my engine light went off, car started perfectly and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. They could have easily blown me off saying I needed an appointment, it's the end of the day, blah, blah, but they were so willing to try and help. I am very impressed. I WILL be back! Plus, the place is very clean and tidy.

I had to have my wiper blades replaced the quality of was quick and responsive. I am always happy with there work.

I am so impressed with the work I had done on my car at Fry’s! What was a stressful day ended so much better when I arrived here. They were able to get my car looked at within an hour, and had it fixed in less than two! I have never been here before but will definitely come back and have already recommended them to some coworkers!

Scheduling was easy & the time available for the appointment was quick. The service was wonderful. They began work on my car right as scheduled. Work was performed quickly & they called to let me know of its completion (I had gone strolling in the shops). Price was as expected. The service agents in the lobby were very friendly, appreciative & customer focused. I will continue to use Fry's.

My husband was attending a class at the Parkinsons Center when we discovered a flat tire. Fry’s gave us immediate help! We are beyond thankful for their caring attitude and quick response! They saved the day for us!

Fry's repaired a tire for me on short notice on a Friday afternoon. They made my day!

I got new tires, an alignment and an oil change. The work was done well and the customer service was good. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I've been taking my car here for years and they always do a great job. The prices are fair and the staff know what they're doing. Whenever my friends are having automotive issues, I always recommend Fry's.

We have 7 kids and at one point were caring for 6 mostly older cars. Frequently they would tell us something needed work but we could wait awhile rather than pushing all repairs to be done immediately. They lost a great guy a few years ago so are not as friendly as they used to be but would still highly recommend them. We have found them to be consistently trustworthy and fair.

A Great experience. I called late Sat afternoon and Jeff was able to get my truck in for a partcular service first thing Monday. It was ready by 10:30. I will call them again for car service. I appreciated very much that they took time to discuss the issue with me.

I've been a customer of Fry's for years. They are fair, knowledgeable and fast. I like to consider them my neighborhood mechanics. For some items, a dealer is a better choice, and an informed customer will be a happy customer. I recommend Fry's without hesitation.

Just had to say something about this place. They spent time and energy diagnosing problems with my 2000; Infiniti, only to determine the costs and issues were so many, that it just didn't make sense to put the money into it. Liked the way they agreed and then they charged me nothing for having it 3 days, driving it repeatedly, adding a clamp to the muffler and time in a bay diagnosing. Well, that's worth a 5 start review!

When I moved to the area, a nice neighbor tipped me off to these guys. We take two cars there and they are always professional, pleasant and do great work at very fair prices. I feel fortunate to have been pointed their way and wouldn't go elsewhere. I frequent the Ranchmart location but have been to the Nall location as well and was treated just as well.

Look, you take your car to someone who can fix it. You will not always agree with them about what is wrong or what the price is. That’s everywhere. The fact is that these folks can fix your car. They will check it out, price it up, ask if you want to fix it at that price and if you do.....they will fix it well. They are working with/on machines. Machines break. Take your car to Jon and he can fix it. He will fix it right for a fair price. (Frys just saved me hundreds by finding out what was really wrong with my mini van. Firestone told me to get to a transmission repair shop. Jon fixed the issue they could not in the same day for less than a tow bill).

I've been a Fry's customer since 1993 and I'll be one from now on. They're always ready when I stop in for my appointment and even when I wait for the car, I'm back on the road right away. And the work is topnotch.

The guy in the lobby area was really nice and helpful. They serviced my 1996 Dakota very nicely, even though they had to get a part from a salvage yard.

Honest advice. Nice crew. Made time to check my MILs tire even though we just dropped in. Would recommend to anyone looking for car repair in leawood!
