I hired Rich Roofing to install siding on my dormer, stucco/seal my chimney and install metal on my porch roof. They did an excellent job !!!

The crew arrived on time and began work immediately. They worked steadily and efficiently and completed the installation much quicker than I expected without sacrificing quality. They made sure that our plants were protected and cleanup was complete. I cannot imagine having a better experience.

They're professional, excellent at customer service, and they did a wonderful job. I had some ongoing issues with my roof. Rich Roofing came out, did an estimate, then came out and did the job. All my issues with it were gone. I'm very grateful for the job they did. I haven't had an issue since. The leak I had was causing me a lot of stress. I can now enjoy the rain. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rich Roofing. They were incredibly fast too. I have nothing but gratitude towards them. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Rich Roofing and Exteriors was a positive one. Eric was easy to work with and very professional. Rich Roofing put a new roof on my daughter's house. After inspecting the existing roof, Eric suggested that we put the new roof over the existing one which saved us quite a bit of money. I also had Eric's company do some repair on the gutter of my personal home. Eric had people out to do the job quickly. When scheduling my roof, it was estimated to take two days due to the work involved. However, it was completed in one single day. My family and I reviewed roughly 7-9 roofing companies throughout the Dayton area before making our choice, and we are more than satisfied with our choice.

This is the second home they have done for us. The first was a complete re roof. They took off 4 layers and did an excellent job. This time was a layover on our other home and again we have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

called Rich Roofing that I needed to get new gable ends vents needed replaced for the windstorm torn out. Rich Roofing came out and give cost to replace both ends. when they came in, they're here to replace the vents. Good job Rich! Well Done

Rich Roofing was professional and courteous from the beginning. They replaced my whole roof. They completely removed the old layers and replaced it in a day. They came out and checked for nails multiple times, which I greatly appreciated for my grandkids. They addressed all my concerns and questions. I have already referred them to friends and I will be contacting them to see about replacing the gutters.

I had several Cedar siding boards replaced and the house painted. Rich Roofing sent a great team that was professional and knowledgeable. They not only performed the work exceptionally; but saw and made me aware of anything else that I should be aware of, that either needed taken care of immediately or in the future.

Used Rich Roofing to reroof a historic commercial property. The roof system on the building is fairly complex and composed of various slopes and roof types and it's adjoined to other neighboring properties. The job required working 3 stories up in the heart of a bustling downtown square. They coordinated with our restaurant tenant to work hours that fit around their open schedule and did the job in short order. Efficient, thorough and professional. It's been almost a year since the work was done. The restaurant asked about what they thought was a small leak and when I had to call Rich Roofing for the warranty related matter, they again responded quickly. We discovered it was actually a condensation issue from one of our A/C units that was occuring in the ceiling. So, no roof leaks to speak of and great to see how responsive they were when a potential warranty issue arose. Great all around. I will continue to use them on all of the other properties I own.

They did a great job replacing the roof on my 1930s home we have a unique type of roof it’s looks beautiful. They were very respectful and reasonably priced. The materials came in on time and they did the work earlier then anticipated.
