Daylight Coffee & Donuts

I'm only reviewing the service because I ordered online and haven't picked up the donuts yet. A young lady was VERY helpful, went above and beyond to help me place the online order. She stuck with me until it went through. Thank you!

Has great donuts and coffee. Nice inside. Some of the staff are super friendly but a couple are clearly not morning people. Great place overall and always running discounts and specials.

Super cute coffee & donut shop in Basehor! Roasterie Coffee is a great KC brand. The coffee & donuts were delicious. The prices are what I expect for premium coffee, especially with dairy product alternatives available, not typical in a small town shop. Service is friendly. The shop is clean & simple. It is nice to see a groovy vibe in a small town setting. We recommend the chocolate coffee, made with Christopher Elbow chocolate, another KC local brand.

They are very generous with a free dozen donuts for your birthday and they are always fresh. They give you points towards free goods every time you buy something. They also have great ice cream. I highly recommend them for your next donut.

The employees at this Daylight are always so friendly and helpful. Service is fast. Order is always correct.

I just love our Basehor location. They have my favorite specialty donuts that I love!! Yum yum!

We walked in to only one employee working with a full drive thru line and three waiting at the counter.

The lady working was very kind and rocked the lines with a tremendous attitude and service, despite the rush, all on her own!!

My birthday boy wanted to bring 2 dozen donuts for his class and teachers and she knew that allergies are a concern in the classroom and separated the donuts so that would not be an issue.

We need more customer service in the world like her. Kudos to her, I wish I would have gotten her name.

Basehor is where I shop = very friendly & professional staff! Your SM ice cream is outstanding. The best ice cream I have found in the greater KC area. I usually stop several times/week for ice cream. Keep it up!! Rich

Amazing customer service tonight. Me and my daughter came in after a long day ready for some ice cream and were greeted by a very funny and inviting duo. Ella and Evan have been amazing with bringing up my bad mood. They gave us suggestions on their favorite ice creams and I have now found my favorite ice cream flavor!

Bobbie was amazing! Super nice! I placed an order for letter donuts after the cutoff (my mistake...missed the time). My order wasn’t made and Bobbie called all the stores to find the letters. She had no luck and by the time we got there she was worried that she would get yelled at for my mistake. I assured her that was not the case...I made the mistake and just asked for donuts for a little girls birthday. She gave me a great selection of donuts and it made her morning! Thank you, Bobbie, for your amazing customer service and your help. I appreciate you!

Great local donut and ice cream store! Donuts are some of the best that we’ve had. Local coffee is always good. Have yet to make it in for ice cream but I’m sure it’s some of the best.

I came in and ordered a small ice cream and it was so creamy! Your employee Evan was working and he is so talkative and full of energy! Great place with great employees!

Abbey, was polite, professional and walked me through the many delicious donuts in their well designed display case. Because of her enthusiasm I felt compelled to try the cookies as well as the donuts. It was a great visit due to your well trained saleswoman Abbey.

Hands-down one of my favorite donut shops. I don’t even come for the donuts I come for the coffee and drinks. They have a lot of different things, orientated around seasons and holidays and coming into the cafe it’s just a lot of fun. The staff is a blast to talk to and they work with a purpose, better than any Other coffee shop in the area.

This location is the best. The morning lady is always the sweetest and literally makes my mornings better when I stop, with her happy disposition. I love the assortment of donuts available at this location and that they always open on time.

Always friendly service. Good ice cream and donuts. They also have local milk.

I was not in such a good mood and I came here to get some ice cream and Evan and Ella really helped me out. They had great customer service and we’re very welcoming and even showed me the good kinds to try!
