KC Performance Diesel provided excellent service for my Nissan Pathfinder. I was recommended by a friend when my car's transfer case had failed. I was skeptical of the name because my car was not diesel but I figured what is the harm in calling to check. They were able to fix my car for less than half the price as my previous mechanic had quoted. Service was quick once I gave the green light to proceed with the repair. I felt my service guy did a great job explaining the mechanics behind what a transfer case was and how the failure occurred in the first place. The owner (I think) was kind enough to meet me after normal business hours to pick up my car. How's that for awesome?!? I have found myself a new mechanic for all my future needs. Let's hope I don't need them again.

I have to say these guys are probably the best service I have ever had. I was on the side of the road on a Sunday and had to have my truck towed along with my camper to their shop a week ago. I purchased a truck less than a month ago and they took the time to talk to the dealership to help me out and get some of my services they provided paid for. They didn't have to do that, but they did and it was greatly appreciated. I was very happy with the services they provided. I have no complaints. I would even drive the 2 1/2 hours to have them work on my truck again. You can't get service like that just anywhere!

These guys are great. I was having a constant issue with a headlight going out. This was a constant headache. The light was going out twice a month. Other shops were content to just replace the bulb and send me on my way. KC Performance Diesel troubleshot the problem until it was resolved. The issue was fixed and there hasn't been a problem since. Would recommend to friends and family.

I only leave reviews when someone earns it. I've been going here for 4 years and they have absolutely earned my business. Over the years I've gotten a lift pump installed, light bars, leveling kit, control arms, wheels and tires, air bags and some small work on the exhaust. When I get my truck back it's always clean and running great. I've had my truck in shops in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas and I know what things should cost. These guys are always upfront and honest about the money and actually ASK what you want done instead of just doing it and billing later. They are straight forward, honest, and they don't ignore calls. Any negative review is either someone with an axe to grind or has no idea what diesel trucks actually cost. Give these guys your business it's worth it.

Thought these guys gave excellent service and were on point for first time using them. I have a gasoline powered van and even though it wasn't diesel, these guys were awesome. Project was completed on time as promised. Diagnostic was thorough and communicated to me immediately. Work was performed and was done well. Highly recommend these guys. Hard to find a good reliable wrench now days. Price was very fair. Would use them again.

This is an awesome unique shop with a group of friendly talented guys. They have on several occasions done work on my car. In particular this Saturday replacing my alternator in the middle of the day at a moments notice, when no one else could. By the time I got there and left with my car running perfectly it was about an hour. They even topped of my fluids for me! 10 out of 10! Would always recommend!!

Great shop great bunch of guys. They get the job done and they go out of there way to make sure everything is right. They will tell you the ins and outs on what needs to be done. You don't find these types of shops very often. They are locally owned and trying to provide for there families.. And they treat you just like they would want to be treated. Keep up the good work. These guys are a great bunch..Always honest and always deliver. Have a 6.0 powerstroke that was having high pressure oil issues. I was told by another shop that it needed a high pressure oil pump, so I took it to Kansas city performance diesel for a second opinion. All it needed was a stand pipe with new o-rings, I was fixed and on the road in a few hours at a fraction of the price the previous shop had quoted me. I have friends that use this shop as well, we have all had great experiences and wouldn't think of using another shop.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!! We are from OOT and unfamiliar with the area & my husband’s truck was failing- we were turned away by two other local dealerships/ they claimed they couldn’t help us. So my husband found KC diesel performance! And despite them being EXTREMELY BUSY- the owner & young man working there Still Helped my husband figure out the problem. We were in a real time pinch & They went over & above to diagnose the problem so we could fix it and be on our way!! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY correct in their diagnosis & the Truck runs AWESOME now!!! If we lived in Kansas- we would always return to this shop for service!!

KC performance diesel is the only place I trust to work on my truck. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always have my truck in and out quickly and are very reasonable. I have been taking my truck to them for years for performance and repair work and have never been disappointed.

Thanks for getting my truck running and sounding more like a truck. So far I am very impressed with the extra power. She sounds fantastic. It's nice to have a diesel mechanic close by that has a great attitude and turns out top notch work.

Absolutely grateful for the ownership and technicians here. Had a ton of work done over the course of the month and routinely got updates and emails about what was going on with my truck. Will 100% be back for everything diesel related in the future. Can't recommend enough

Just recently had a no-start situation fixed by these guys, very nice and very quick. Used all ford OEM parts. This is the shop I will be reccomending in the future.

I went through tons of reviews prior to taking my 2011 6.7 Cummins here. The only complaint I could find was people who's feeling were hurt because they expected a shop they see on TV. The reality is, I myself am a technician and shops aren't spit shined floors with technicians in suits and ties. If a shop looks that way, then you know youre being overcharged to pay for their pretty shinny equipment. This place charges you to do the job right the first time and do it correctly. They don't charge you to help pay for a $10,000,000 shop.

These guys were great to work with and did a great job on my truck. I was in a pinch and desperately needed a good turn around. They did everything they could to tackle my truck and ran into a last minute issue. They stayed late on a Friday night and work all day Saturday (their day off) to resolve my issue for me. If that doesn't show these guys love what they do then I don't know what does.

I was given straight answers and the price was right from the beginning. They ordered me one upsale, and told me the truth about it. I highly recommend these guys, because if you want your diesel truck worked on and done correctly, you want to take it to a diesel shop that knows the field they work on.

Had an issue with my FASS lifter pump that was quickly and easily solved by these guys. Courteous, easy to work with, and good at what they do. I plan on working with them more in the future.

Highly recommend this shop. My Jeep (which has a Mercedes Diesel engine) broke down in the middle of the mountains and Shawn was the only one near Denver who would work on my car. Even though it happened during his busy season he took care of in a week. He went above and beyond fixing everything wrong with my car. Found a new turbo for 1.5K vs. 5K at the dealership. Wish he lived in Omaha, NE! Extremely honest and fair.

Here's my thing, I heard about what happend to this guy that got his truck stolen at this shop and I feel for him. But I have been going to this shop for the last five years and everytime I've had any of my trucks towed there last minute they have informed me that it may have to stay outside I have allowed that multiple times and have never had anything happen to my truck although mine are alot newer then a 96 Ford which are very easy to be broken into. All I know is they have never done me wrong and not only have they offered great service but I've made some great friends as well. These people care and that's hard to find with any shop.

My diesel pickup sprung a coolant leak just west of KC. Took it to firestone and they couldn't definitively find the leak. They thought it was an intake gasket or a cracked intake. So I called KC Performance Diesel Monday morning and described what was going on. They told me It was most likely the short line going to the turbo. I drove it to them and that was the issue. They had it fixed fast and got me back on the road. The staff were very helpful and personable. Even following up with me to make sure the problem had been resolved. I am very pleased with with my experience at KC Performance Diesel!
