Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was presented beautifully and hot. We had a table of 10 and all different things and it all came out exactly right which is rare at most places. My burger was cooked perfect to a mid rare which is what I ordered. Their ranch dressing is the best and the fry sauce is awesome.

Loved my experience at Red Robin! The food hits the spot with generous portions that are both flavorful and well-prepared. Good service with the waitress being both attentive and friendly. Wait times were okay, manageable but not super fast. The ambiance is just right for a casual eat-out. It's a go-to for burgers, but don't sleep on the variety of other menu items - they've got something for everyone.

Huge difference then the last one I went to, the food was delicious and hot, so hot we had to hashafasha through the fries. Our server was friendly and attentive making sure to check on us regularly. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Let me start out by saying this place has THE BEST staff! I don't know what lottery they won, but everyone who works here is happy, friendly, and good at their jobs! The 3 Friday night hostesses were sweet and professional even though there were a million people clamoring to get into the building, and the one with glasses (didn't catch her name) seemed like she was absolutely loving life and chatted with us on the way to our table. Our booth was intimate feeling due to the large divider in the room, so even though the restaurant was full, it didn't feel oppressive. Our waiter, Jawid, was working his (first?) night as a waiter, and did a great job! He was thorough explaining the menu options, confirmed our order, and was also extremely friendly. I am a vegetarian who can't eat gluten, and he made sure we had the right order, checking in that I got the gluten free bun I ordered.

Now, the food. We have eaten A LOT of Impossible burgers, and my husband said this place has the best one he's ever had. (He had the Burnin' Love burger with Impossible). It was nicely charbroiled and cooked to perfection, with a good ratio of toppings to burger. And the garlic fries, oh the garlic fries. So good, topped with actually bits of garlic and garlic oil. I ordered the regular Impossible burger and it came with a tasty relish, tomato, onions, and lettuce. Everything was fresh and crisp, and the sweet potato fries were thinly cut and crispy, too.

Usually, I hate going out on Friday nights due to the crowds. But this place felt homey and fun, and we even heard several rounds of birthday songs sung by the staff. It's so busy because everyone else clearly feels how welcoming the staff is and wants to be a part of it. Every person working here deserves a raise for making this establishment such a great place to spend the evening. Don't change anything!

We checked in online which made the check-in process much quicker as the restaurant was fairly busy on a Friday night. We were seated almost immediately and had the pleasure of having Trevor as our server. He was very kind, attentive and super funny. He recommended me a menu item and it was delicious! The meals we got were efficient for the price, and the house margs were good too.

The table was a little sticky, but nothing too off-putting. One of the waitresses complained about her fellow staff member which I found a little rude and unprofessional.

My experience overall was great though! Trevor rocks and I hope we get him as our server again :)

Enjoyed this so much more than I expected. My husband and I spent about $40 total and left completely satisfied. I have to say our waiter was the best ever. Super personable and helpful and we never had to wait for anything. He was attentive but not suffocating. The fries were so good!! And the burger was phenomenal. Absolutely loved it. I don’t drink alcohol but for those who do the menu looked really good.

Pros:
1) Tasty fries (as is standard for Red Robin)
2) Tasty burgers

Cons:
1) Can be somewhat expensive
2) Might have some inexperienced staff
2a) We were seated at an obviously dirty table (then we were moved)
2b) They were out of fries for ~10 mins on a Saturday around 1:30 pm with about a half full restaurant
3) The premium burger patty is smaller than I’d expect (not the tavern double)
4) Service is often slow (multiple visits)

Great place to eat with friends at the end of the day. A chill and sometimes kid oriented restaurant but the food and drinks are comfortable. The staff can be inexperienced but very kind. I love getting the whiskey river BBQ burger and pretzel bites. Food can come fast but you might wait a while if you are eating with a lot of other people.

I cannot say enough good things about our server Ramon! The food was delicious but Ramon made the experience great. He was so friendly with a great personality and very attentive. The BBQ wings were delicious! Hot & crispy on a bed of chips and onion straws. Burgers were delicious as always and the root beer float was delicious. Highly recommend The Madlove burger. Ramon is an awesome member of their team and we hope to have him as our server again.

This place had splendid burgers and service about last weekend! I loved my burger so much. No complaints, will definitely go back! Thank you for treating us with such kindness and love. Have a nice day.

Daniel did a great job waiting on our Deaf Blind group for a remembrance meal of the one year anniversary of my daughter's passing.
There were around 18 of us and he did so well at taking our orders & beverages. We thank him for his patience and excellent service!

I love the food and great service at Red Robin. One of my favorite restaurants! All of their burgers are delicious, their Campfire Sauce is amazing, they have a great impossible burger, and bottomless fries. Still the best burgers in KC...

My girlfriend and I came in tonight and were blown away by our server, Melissa. She made us feel so welcome and took the absolute best care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

My first time ever. Absolutely did not disappoint! Server was amazing! I was the first to arrive and she didn't make me feel awkward sitting by myself. Didn't hover but checked on us regularly. Had a salad with a few modifications and it was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try some deep fried, cheese covered things. YUMMMM

The black bean burgers the bomb diggity! If your vegan they got options for you man. So glad it's catching on more and more at name brand restaurants

I love the food but there isn't a restaurant close to me, I would eat there more often if there was!

We were impressed with the location, the service, the quality of the food, and the speed of the meal. The waitress was crazy busy as it was Mother’s Day, but she not only got us the meal really quickly, she got us refilled drinks and fries extremely fast. The store was obviously well managed and the workers here seem to take great pride in their service. I highly recommend this location and I would certainly consider returning.
