Switching my insurance recently was a very smooth process working with Tischer and Associates. They were able to cover my home, auto and a life insurance policy all at once!

I have been a customer with this agency since their predecessor, about 8 years total with AmFam. We had a very positive experience with the company overall holding our home, auto, and life insurance policies. Recently Jeff and Andy helped me do a service review as I launched my home remodeling business and they were able to save me a lot of money and hassle compared to the online service I had looked at. Although we live in the age of internet business, there is still a lot of benefit to working with a person, and these folks are good people to rely on.

I was in a tight timeline for renewing my auto, home and umbrella insurance and wanted to get a few comparable quotes to what I would be renewing with another company. Jeff replied extremely quickly, listened well, and answered all my questions. He provided recommendations on other products as well and was able to get better coverage at a lower rate. Jeff Tischer's customer service is impeccable! He is so quick to respond to any of our emails, calls, etc. He has such a great heart. I've never met Jake from State Farm, but i have met Jeff Tischer from American Family Insurance and Jeff wears khakis too! Jeff is very experienced and makes insurance changes a breeze. He's very helpful and very knowledgeable. His follow up, communication and attention to detail are all on point. He's also very easy to reach and very prompt at returning calls / questions. I would recommend Tischer and Associates to anyone and everyone! You should stop calling Jack from State Farm, he's just an actor. Jeff is the professional you need.

They've always had great customer service and great rates but I recently moved out of state and they were extremely helpful in hooking me up with a new agent and cancelling/refunding the remainder of my old policy so I wasn't double paying. So helpful and made the move that much easier. Great team!
