Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My wife had a Chocolate Brownie Delight Sundae and I had the same as a Concrete. They were Chocolate Nirvana!

The store was clean and the people working there were friendly. Definitely plan to go back...

Their cheeseburgers are so good! 3 year old needed food fast and the service was quick. Easy and good.

Freddy’s is always a steakburger I revisit when I return to the Midwest. Enjoy a double cheese with bacon and it thin and crispy with that flavorful crunch. Like the Fry Sauce too.

The staff really keeps this place clean and up to Freddie's standards which are seriously up to speed! As a bonus they were very friendly!

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to serve my family. They also were working hard to keep everything clean and neat.

I brought my grandsons (2&5) here for an ice cream cone and they were overjoyed! No child sized portions is my only criticism…the smallest portion was a bit big for a two year. I know that I could have shared mine, but that doesn’t work very well if big brother gets his own cone!
Anyway, service was awesome. They gave me cups to rescue the melting cones. And were very accommodating to a grandma outnumbered by two youngsters.
The custard itself is amazing-we went simple…just vanilla and chocolate cones.
Lots of extras to add in if you want, but by itself it was delicious. The boys can’t wait to go back!

Great location near lots of activities. We stopped here for lunch and had a great experience. The service was friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and they got all of our requests taken care of. We love the fry sauce and bought a big jug of it. It's cheaper in the restaurant than in the grocery stores. We especially love the fries and cheese curds. I usually get my burger on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. I also love their veggie burger.

I rarely write reviews, but this location in particular needs to be recognized. We came here with five children five and under for my daughter’s birthday. The manager, Amber, and one of the employees, Kiara, immediately pushed tables together and grabbed high chairs for our large group. When we forgot to order one of the kid’s meals, the manager immediately got it going for us in the back. They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything and were extremely kind and happy to help. The food was delicious and came out very fast. They went above and beyond to make it a special birthday lunch and blew my expectations away with their customer service. 10/10 would recommend for anyone and everyone to come to this location!

Always good burgers. I prefer the onion rings than the skinny fries.

We really like to be able to drive thru and take it home. We dont mind waiting for the freshness we get everytime we come. Sure it takes a little longer but the food is always hot. The chili and burgers are top 3 in the city. IF you decide to go in to eat its clean and well lit. There is plenty of staff if you need anything. Condiments etc are well stocked.

Unique fast food. Definitely worth a visit to get a break from the norm. Sort of a Culver's like experience with some different options and styles. When I went they were busy.

Only negative I saw is that the customer area was not being maintained very well. Napkins and condiments were out and areas were getting a little messy.

Pretty great experience, liked it a lot. Chili burgers are the best especially from Freddy's. Weird looking camera-light though. You know like those black bulbous lights that you see at Walmarts? Looked like one of those inside a lightbulb right at our table. Besides that a pretty great Freddy's meal.

Never had an issue here. Not a bunch to say as this is a chain but it’s good for a chain place. Even had staff kindly make some ice cream dishes that weren’t in the menu because they had the ingredients.

Manager on Saturday 9/23/23 at lunch was very helpful in getting our orders and jumping in to help her staff during the lunch rush.
