Store is great, people are great. Only issue I had was I bought a MVP vape mod box and on day 2 the fire button got stuck. Removed the battery to get it to shut off. When I put batteries back in (that were full charge) it told me low battery. They exchanged that one for a different color (although I preferred my pink over the black especially with my tank and mouth piece, this wasn’t a big deal). Wasn’t even 100 puffs into the new black one and the same thing happened. I called them and she advised me that she was able to get my old one to work again via unsticking the button and replacing batteries and that they’ve sold hundreds of these without having this issue. I did as she instructed on my black one and we are back to working. Great customer service and selections, I’m just disappointed at the vape mod in general. For brand new vapes, I don’t think the button should be sticking and me having to constantly get it unstuck again while it’s just trying to fire away until I disconnect power. Very good service great selection

The workers here are super friendly and helpful! They also sell pretty cool things that they make themselves. I have friends that order stuff from them online because they live many hours away. They could get their items anywhere but decide to get it from this awesome shop!

I choose to stop smoking cigarettes alittle over 2 months ago. Being a smoker if 35 years, I knew I would need something else. I went into Indy vapes sister store in Parsons, as i was in Parsons fir a meeting. The very sweet young lady helped me. She introduced me to a very mellow vape that I could enjoy and help me on my jouney. I Love this place. She told me that the Indy store was also part of the owners business.

While in the area, we stopped here for a few items. Everything was so much cheaper than other spots in the area. Extremely kind and knowledgable workers and could not believe how clean it was. Such a nice place. Will be back for sure!!!!

Whether I’m just picking up a new bottle of juice, or Im in need of a new mod, they make sure I’m informed on what Im getting and happy when I leave the store. Great customer service, and it usually comes with a laugh or two, too. 10/10 would recommend.
