Don't use Jeannie, can't speak for the rest. She provided the poorest service of any agent in the entire US that I've worked with over the last 15 years.

These guys are shady. Not in it for either buyers or sellers. They have no problem giving someone the shaft as long as the deal goes thru and they get their cut. Stay away from private brokers. Go with a national company that has customer standards and ethics.

We were looking at a house in McPherson that was overpriced and had a bad mechanical inspection. He failed to notify others when we declined to move forward with the property. It was a cash deal...his loss.
