We just bought a "new" water heater from here and immediately had to replace the heating elements in it. Not sure how a brand new water heater would have parts in it that look like this one on the right! What a hassle!

The people behind the counter are the least helpful people I have ever met. When you call to see if they have something, they say that they have it on the shelf, but when you get there ~5 minutes later, they don't have any, and the guy behind the counter just shrugs and doesn't seem to care about the customer at all.
