I have used people's bank and trust for over a decade now. Called in the morning to set an appointment, was told I would be receiving a call to let me know who I'd be seeing and that the appointment was set. Got a text an hour before the scheduled time telling me that he couldn't meet me, and wasn't even aware of the appointment. He then took my slightly upset texts as a personal attack and told me to get a loan somewhere else.
