The entire team I worked with at Doug Reh was responsive, polite and professional! I purchased a used car from Doug Reh from my state of California and everything from viewing the car over the Internet, videos, questions etc. was all handled by my sales rep Heath. Heath told me all about the car, and even identified a small dent to be fixed prior to shipping - something I could not see over video and wouldn't have known about prior to purchase from another state. Kendra in finance handled all the paperwork and financing and was very helpful and responsive to financing. Donnie helped work out the transportation and solve issues with delays from the transportation company. I would recommend anyone who is buying from out of state to feel comfortable that they'll take care of you as if you're sitting in their office.

Great Service department. My dodge broke down and I had it towed to Doug Reh at first hoping it was a small fix. Turns out it was dodge dealer specific so I had to get it towed elsewhere. But while I was waiting 5 hours for a tow truck. The service guys offered drinks, came to check on me, gave me advice on close places to eat. And overall had a great attitude. The service department itself will have me considering going back to Pratt the next time I'm looking for a truck. Thanks for the hospitality!

Recently I stopped by the service department to describe a problem with an interior compartment. My intent was just to show the guys what the issue was so that they would have the information the next time my vehicle was scheduled for an oil change. However, Leonard hopped in my pickup, located the source of the problem, and fixed it on the spot! We also discussed an ongoing wind noise problem, and he offered to have the body shop make a quick fix to that issue. After a short wait, I was on my way with both issues resolved! (And it was covered under warranty, so at no cost!) Leonard and Cody went over and beyond what I expected. What I received at my recent visit to the Doug Reh Chevrolet service department can truly be described as EXCELLENT customer service.

I was in a bad situation not knowing anyone in town broken down on the side of the road and raining I called numerous places before Doug reh I was able to get towed to the shop and got it worked on within a few hours and back on the road again I definitely recommend this place they are honestly the best people I could have taken my vehicle too and I am very blessed to have been there
