Very nice store. It looked clean & organized. The staff was friendly. It was a pleasure shopping there.
Special thanks to the lady, maybe a manager... she gave permission for me to park for the night in the parking lot... I'm truly grateful! I am a senior woman who travels alone in my Winnebago. I like to stay at Walmart because it's so well lit. I feel very safe there😁🥀

If I couldn't find something the employee would get it for me or leave me to the area where customer service very good very polite very respectful I'd go there again

As much as I wish other stores well, I really have no problems except with the cheap electronics.Microwave arced to the point of self destruction and the floor fans are wonky.

Employee showed me where to find certain items I was looking for. Very clean! Had items I wanted.

As am Over The Road Truck Driver with diabetes it imperative a shop every 7-10 days. So it is GREATLY appreciated when y’all let me bring my truck in to shop. Also John was excellent.

Nice smaller walmart, says no trucks in parking lot, but if you shop and leave they don't mind

My son is attending Barclay College and went to the Pratt Walmart to get an oil change. The people in the Oil and Lube department went well above their duties to assist him in getting an oil change and other issues. I have never experienced any other Walmart Oil and Lube to do more than is required in their job description. Thank you for taking care of my son and going above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of. Your assistance means so much!

Managed to get in with our semi for a quick shopping trip. They don’t want trucks in there, like most Walmarts these days since there are always those handful of lazy truckers who leave their trash and tear stuff up. Idk if they have the security to enforce trucks from coming in or not, but would be cool if we all could be respectful and not ruin for truckers who actually need to shop and stuff. Walk your trash to a trash can and don’t leave it in the lot/shopping cart. It’s easily finagleable without tearing up the lot.

I quickly found what I was looking for. The store is HUGE! Think it's the biggest one I've been in. Clean.

I mean it's Lowe's they have what you looking for right and I also have a lot of return items damaged items that you can buy for a cheaper price I bought some Sheetrock that was cracked or chipped and got it for half off. Also bought us a brand new refrigerator there that was a display one had a little dent and scratch on the side got $500 knocked off right when you shop there shop around for stuff that is displayed items returned items if you're trying to save some money. Or ask when they're going to have special offers and promotions going cuz they usually do have great deals there.

This was a very good experience but they all are. It started when I walked in there was a worker that was deaf she was very energetic and helpful. As I walked in I still had some trouble finding something to eat around the hot food area I didn't know or had heard of what im seeing. A man didn't know but he got the lady behind the counter to help. Boy its nice to have help. I walked over to the pharmacy and again needed help she to was very helpful. I want to tell the management team what good people they have its an honor to have stopped there and looking forward t o another visit

I was in desperate need of a new tire immediately. I called as soon as the automotive department opened, the associate looked up my tire information, confirmed they were in stock, and was able to schedule me in around my work schedule that day. Service was very fast.

Just want to share my experience shopping in Walmart Pratt Ks. today. Well as usual upon checking out, I search the checkout stands for my favorite cashier named Mindy to see if she is working. If she is, no matter how long her line is, its worth the wait because she always greets customers with a smile and asks how they are doing. I never have to ask her to double bag my groceries when needed. Walmart is lucky to have her on their side. In fact most of the employees are just great! I feel sorry for them having to wear masks all day. Hope things return to "normal" soon for everyone. GOD BLESS US ALL!!!
