I took my ‘69 VW bug engine to Dave back in November of 2022 and had it back the following month completely rebuilt. It is hard to find an expert to work on classic VW’s these days. Dave’s attention to detail and communication was awesome. He talked me through all my options prior to the build and kept amazing communication the whole time. Anytime he ran into an issue he was quick to communicate on how I would like to move forward. Dave sent me detailed pictures on his progress which was awesome, especially since I was 6 ours away. I highly recommend Dave for any of your automotive needs.

Dave is a super nice guy. He's proven to be concerned and interested about servicing your vehicle correctly. He likes the air-cooled VW but he works on all cars.

Was having issues with my car on a long trip. Still had over 800 miles to go when the car started acting up. I knew I had to fix the car if I wanted to complete my trip. I was fortunate that I knew David. I asked him to take a look at the car. David gave my car a tune up & changed the spark plugs along with the ignition coil. Got it running smoothly and I was able to complete my trip. So very thankful for David. He did a wonderful job!! He is honest and does great work. I highly recommend him.

Dave is a Professional at what he does. He's very attentive to detail with a knowledgeable diagnosis to fix it right the first time. What really got me is that he matches and beats prices and is a man of his word. Has many years of experience with multiple vehicle brands. Any thing with a motor he can work on and fix! Dave is super communicative and works efficiently time wise on car repairs. His hourly rates seem fair. We have had him work on two different cars for different issues and have been satisfied with his work.
