Really nice small family owned dealership. They were very kind and patient. Provided Carfax, 60 day tag and a warranty for 3 months. They were very fair on pricing and willing to work with us. Even on low end of bluebook. We will be referring this business as they were great with customer service and the sale.

Most stress free dealership experience in the wichita area. Worked with us, stayed late for us as we were driving in from out of town. Time will tell if the car we bought is reliable but my wife loves the car for now. Their inventory is quality. Dont go to the big volume based dealerships. These guys care!

On January 23rd, I purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport from AutoHouse of Derby. Towards the end of my warranty period, I end​ed​ up with some issues regarding the cooling system. Without question, AutoHouse of Derby, took care of my issue and was VERY EASY to work with. They were professional, courteous, and polite, I will always consider going back to AutoHouse for my next purchase.

Being a good person does not excuse you of being irresponsible. I purchased a 2006 truck with 170k miles. Now, I know that it has a lot of miles but it is a dealership's responsibility to check and validate that they sell a good, working vehicle....otherwise we'd all purchase off the street. Anyway, 5 days after the purchase, my check engine light comes on. Of course I should have just looked to return then but they were nice and said they'd fix the issue. I got it back a few days later with no check engine light on and was content. A week later, my truck starts shaking and check engine light comes back on. When I call back (now that I'm past their 10-day warranty I suppose) I met with a "it's an old truck and we already fixed your other problem" comment. I take it to a shop who tells me it needs a new motor! Needless to say that between the cheap 3rd party warranty company I had to talk them into including and my mechanic, I will be paying more out of pocket and have been car-less for over half the time I've owned this truck.

I'm not saying don't buy from them but be smarter than I was and take their vehicles to another mechanic to be sure it's good. Yes, I know that was ignorant of me but I trusted that dealerships would nearly certify-inspect any vehicle they are taking in on a trade. Anyway, best of luck!

BUYER BEWARE

We STRONGLY suggest having a vehicle from Auto House of Derby inspected by a mechanic you trust before purchasing. They sold a vehicle to our daughter that she only drove less than 1000 miles because it ended up needing a new engine from the beginning. They stated they changed the oil before listing it & should have noticed the antifreeze in the oil.

They told us they would work a trade with us........ and we are still waiting 11 months later.
