Walmart Supercenter

Even though it was a Sunday, it wasn't crazy busy. An employee explained that it comes in waves. It was my first experience where I had all the help I needed from two awesome employees, whose names I passed on to a manager. My best Walmart experience ever!

Very clean fascilaty! Lot is nice and open . Thank you for allowing Some truck parking ! I was able to visit family in the area and get my weeding groceries and pharmacy needs ! We appreciate and respect ,your hard work in keeping the lot clean and open! To traffic thanks

I'm tired of this whole check yourself out! Why do they even have employees if not to use. I think we the people should start getting paid for checking ourselves out. People should be checking us out that are just standing around doing nothing not us. Then you wouldn't have to worry so much if someone is stealing cause you checked us out!! Duh!!!

The customer support person was very helpful and professional. She helped me through the return and refund process for an online order. I'm very happy with this Supercenter

Picked up a Ninja Professional Plus BN700 blender with warranty after calling customer service we determined it was defective the next day returned it for a refund and purchase another one which worked perfectly thank you for the smooth return process

It's a good store, used it almost 20 years. My son eve worked here for a couple years thru college. It's a Walmart, it's clean and safe.

I used the auto care center for the first time today. It was great. Fast, professional, and very helpful. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I haven't had to many issues at this Walmart since I've been going there. I have no issues with the employees there. To me they are curtious,if I ask where something is they either look it up,or walk me to the item.

Came earlier in morning usually go out west on Kellogg but I think I like the derby walmart the best in the mornings it was nice shopping pretty nice employees the girls back in the deal was awesome and it looked clean and nice I was happy this time the Walmart on Broadway and pawnee is aweful rude rude employees no one's helpful also the walmart on Greenwich yucky employees especially the people who answer s the phone rude other then that was very happy with visit in derby great job

Wally World in Derby, KS idk what else to say. I hit my ankle on a pallet sat in an isle and I was okay but still hurt pretty bad.

Did weekly grocery shopping. Some area in grocery were light other full. Overall they had what I needed.

The employees are always nice to me and my family

Walmart is a store I can go to and get about every household item I could ever need.

Very short staffed, messy and app says things are in stock that are nowhere to be found.

Since my last review this store has improved greatly. One of the better Walmarts in the area.

This Walmart is pretty much removed from the panhandlers and the like. Inside the store the staff are really nice and most days it's not too crowded.

Still love shopping at this Walmart, my friend Clearance often has gifts.

One way to see the seasons change, go shopping often @ Walmart!

I don't normally leave reviews but I was super impressed by the Manager, Todd at your store in Derby this evening. I had a delivery order where half of my items didn't arrive. Todd patiently and kindly listened to my concerns and diligently worked to figure out what happened. After all the time spent trying to figure it out, Todd very kindly directed me to the correct store that made my delivery and wasn't even upset with me for wasting his time. I sincere wish there were more Todd's out there. Thank you for helping me out tonight!
