I love this Lowe's. It is close to my home. I went shopping for succulents. I was not disappointed. They had a wide variety. Generally ranging from $5 to $35. $35 ones are more big hanging baskets. Very mature succulent varieties. The $5 plants were normally per plant. They also had a section where they were having a succulent sale. Pots with different varieties of succulents, $5 for the 2 pack. There were lots of other plants available. They all look healthy. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. It is a good place to shop for plants. I recommend them.

Good big box store for items needed. Still prefer the smaller mom and pop places though. Update May, 22. Spring is for sure here. Lots of spring stuff available at a good big box store price

We were in for our weekly visit to the Garden Center Brian was our sales associate along with another lady rght before Brian...Their service was amazing 9.26.23(2:15p.)

Went in today to get daughter a good toolbox and found some at really great prices. Prices were so good I got myself a tool box

I had the opportunity to meet a wonderful cashier named Abigail at the Derby Lowe's and I have to say, it's been two days and I still think about her! She was polite, professional and determined to help me. Overall, a great experience! Thanks Abigail!!

It was customer friendly service, found all the items I was needing for my gutter project as well as some new ideas and items for my home wish list. (Lighting, tools, and more for patio).

Although I stopped in at Lowes to look for 3d printer filament, which they don't have, i always love shopping the aisles. I can waste a whole day imagining the possibilities. I did however, end up getting a great deal on a top and bottom tool box I needed for work. Very cool place.

Went in for washers for a project for my son. Had what we needed. Did self check out. Attendant was friendly.

Sales rep. Mike, was VERY helpful directing me to product locations I was searching for and providing useful information about my potential paint selection. Marcie in the Return Department was helpful with her suggestion regarding how to return a defective product when I had no sales receipt nor an item number.

I was looking for all over for her infrared fire place and found one in Derby. Ordered it on line and picked it up the next day. I was afraid they would be sold out. It was ready on a cart and the customer service was awesome 👌

I bought a 1/2 price fresh cut Christmas tree!! Everyone was super nice. They made the bottom cut, wrapped the tree and put it on the roof of my SUV!! Great experience!!

When you enter the store,every isle is labeled where you can find exactly what your looking for. People are friendly,prices are ok,over all great store

The staff at Lowes have always been very friendly and helpful, they have great sales and selection of things I need. I am really happy that I can purchase Craftsman Tools there too.

This Lowe's has some hard to find items, ended up saving me over $6 on one small project.

I like this store for the ease of getting in and out, even when they are busy you can get through the checkout fast!

The salespeople were excellent and very helpful, but it did take awhile to get the exact grill.

I love my local Lowes. Granted it's a big box, but the employees are helpful and attentive. I shop local when I can, but they don't always have the selection. The app is great for finding the exact aisle and bin. Much better than some big box that give you the "area" it might be in. I wasn't happy when they pulled another section of cashiers for self check out, but I do use self checkout when I have a couple items and the electric or water is off and I need to get back to the job.

I recently bought a new washer and dryer from this location and had a little bit of difficulties with there 3rd party movers. I contacted the store and they had awesome customer service! They resolved the issue and made sure to get back! I appreciate fritz one of the front end store managers that contacted me and let me know he had handled the problem! This Lowe's has great customer service!

Had everything I needed and got out in record time, very happy 😊
