Jacob is your guy he knows pretty much every answer you have this team is great when I had a back up issue and I lost important items on my phone they all jumped in to help

I finally got engineering approval to get a Nex-Tech Wireless router with 150 GB per month data for my home internet service. Actually I got authorization to get 2 units and will soon decide if I need them both. It took just over 4 days, but to be fair part of that was over the weekend. I worked with Eric the store manager in Pratt, Kansas to get this accomplished and he was VERY helpful. In my opinion the time it takes to get this approved is just too long.

I live near Cairo, Kansas where there is an antenna up on top of the Co-op elevator. My home is 1.4 miles (as the crow flies) from the antenna. So far the service is flawless and the speeds are about 1Mps above the advertised 6Mps download speed that is per my plan of 150GB per month. I am NOT using the suggested outside antenna, just the router installed in my home office. $70.00 is a pretty good price for internet with 150 GB data living out in the middle of nowhere, but if I lived in town I would do the Cox cable internet thing, more data and less money.

So far 1080P streaming to my LG 65" Oled tv and the wife's
new 10" Kindle has been perfect and internet surfing has gone on without a hitch. Although I have only been online with Nex-Tech for 4 days the service has been totally glitch free.

I am a current Verizon customer, but due to data constraints I chosen to go another route regarding my internet provider. My Verizon service has been perfect other than the 30GB data limits I have. I also have 2 cellphones and a home phone with Verizon and their service has been excellent. Would I consider moving my cellphones to Nex-Tech? No way, Verizon has been very good to me and their service has been trouble free.

In this rating I am deducting 1 star for the extended time it takes to get a connection approved. Other than that, the manager at the Pratt Nex-Tech store has been great to deal with. Thanks again Eric!

Note to Nex-Tech...Perhaps put some information regarding the time it takes to get approved for an internet connection on your site and why. The Pratt store manager did tell me it would take a couple of days, but I am not the most patient person and I wanted it NOW!
