Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Salina

I drive across the country several times a year. In comparison with other 1 night sleeping stops, this Fairfield compares well. I think what other people may not like about the beds is they are softer than some others. But the sheets are very nice. Room is smaller than average, but it is very clean and smells nice.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Family friendly. Good basic hotel breakfast. If you're traveling on 70 it's about 5 minutes from the highway, that's the only negative. We would definitely stay here again.

Busy due to out of town softball teams. I very much appreciated the person at check-in letting me know that if I wanted to utilize the pool, I may want to check it out how busy it was first. I was concerned about noise, but was pleasantly surprised.
I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel and staff- great for a short visit to Salina for a wedding. Clean, modern and comfortable- got one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Will definitely go back again when in Salina especially for the price and all the wonderful amenities the hotel offers.

There really isn't anything walking distance except a hardware store. But the hotel is nice with ample parking and charging stations. It was east to get in and out and the hotel was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again driving through especially cause there was a blue beacon 10 min away and I needed to wash my truck 🚚

Great place to stay. This must be a very recent hotel. Matches the design and age of a new Fairfield on Rolla, MO as well.

This location is clean, modern, and well maintained. Great service and no issues checking in or out.

Parking is easy and close to doors.

The modern rooms were convenient. There are nice locations to place a carry on suitcase, place bags to be out of the way, only one coat hook for jacket, and a small closet to hang more items or place more travel bags out of the way. The TV was large and placed between the two queens beds in the two queen room.

Bathroom was large. Towels go under the sink on an open shelf that is not very convenient to reach.

Breakfast was unusually good (did we get a good day:). Freshly made individual quiche servings were available in two different flavors. Both were tasty for me and better than usual Marriott fare of scrambled eggs and sausages. There were plenty of places to sit, I presume catering to family vacations for enough space for traveling groups.

I'm going to keep this location in mind for future stops for family trips when traveling this direction.

Great place to start your day in a hotel with family members so far when hooked up a new government business so that we can make a difference in their behavior problems or issues with others

Was greeted at the desk by a very friendly and helpful woman. I had a lot of questions and we had a great chat! The room was super clean! Best-looking fridge, microwave and coffee maker setup I've seen anywhere. The bathroom was gorgeous. The whole room was very aesthetically pleasing. If you prefer a firm mattress you may be a bit irked, but I loved it as I sunk into the bed. Fitness center was 24 he's, which was awesome since I usually roll in late. Breakfast was nothing stellar, but at least they had something when so many places today are too afraid to even make coffee available. Best lodging experience I've had in years!

The staff here during our stay was extremely accommodating. Our company had many alterations to our reservation schedule and the team here made it flow so smoothly. The rooms were always well kept and breakfast was available every morning. The entire staff feels a little more like family after our long stay here and we will certainly be returning here on our future endeavors.

Two suggestions would be larger washer dryer or perhaps even two side by side stack units for the space available. And the pool seems to be quite small to be classified as a pool.

I was in Salina for a few days and stayed at the Fairfield. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and was able to get a good night sleep.

To the nice lady at the front desk (Claudia) I really appreciated you for getting me something to eat from the kitchen when I showed up a little late for your morning breakfast.

I would definitely return here if I'm ever back in Salina.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds and nice amenities including large tvs with streaming capabilities and friendly front desk staff. Alex was very welcoming and helpful. Felt like a safe location and parking, as well.

I spend about 75 nights a year in hotels. This fairfield was great. New property. Gym was in great shape and large.

Good place to stay for the money. Breakfast was good. A+ will return.

Brand new hotel. Very nice and spot clean. Good free breakfast. $99/night. Parking lot was very bright at night and had security cameras. Looked safe. No broken windows in the morning. So I was happy. The hotel was in an isolated area and close to i-70.
Downside, the bed was too soft and pillow was too thick. It's just my personal thing.

This property has to be one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed at, no dust or dirty found. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and very professional. Imagining what the hospitality industry is going through currently and went through year, I am glad to see that many properties are trying their best to provide service with what they are given. Great job to the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Salina.

Stayed for 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. No complaints. Will stay again.

New clean rooms and building. Thankfully they had 2 rooms left as we had driven 10 hours and were unable to find a room near that area to sleep cause there was a Kansas state game. Front desk lady was very nice. They have a continental breakfast. Sausage links looked gross and undercooked but that's just the way they are. Has a waffle machine, etc. Good amenities in your room too with giant tv

My husband stays here for work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The queen beds are more comfortable than the king beds. Rooms are beautiful and breakfast is free with a ton of great options. Fitness room has a little of everything and the pool is always clean. Centrally located and just off the interstate makes it a great choice. Its also less packed than the other hotels one exit up.

Conveniently located off the interstate, and near plenty of dining options in Salina. The staff are friendly and Linda at the front desk is very kind, personable, & accommodating. Also appreciate that this location has reduced plastic waste, with refillable shampoo/conditioner dispensers and no unnecessary trashcan liners. Definitely recommend for any road warriors!

This place was awesome! The desk team was so kind. I missed my flight at the airport but had already checked out at 5AM. After I missed my plane I came back and asked if I could get back in my room and get a late checkout so I could wait for the next flight and they gave me my room back until 2pm! Amazing service.

The room itself was great. It’s a new hotel and had one of the largest fitness rooms I’ve seen in a hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was the nicest bathroom I have encountered in a hotel room at any of the Marriott properties, outside of the Marriott flagship chains.

I will be staying here on all my return trips to Salina.
