Excellent food and a very clean dining area. The staff was very friendly. Overall a great visit.

Great food and stuff but need to go back to using the buzzer devices. When the place is packed like the day we went, and people are standing all around talking, you can barely hear the counter call your name when your food is ready, especially when there are people standing right in front of the counter talking loudly.

Went here early on a Saturday while in Manhattan visiting my daughter. Very friendly staff including a trainee who was obviously nervous in her new job but was making every effort to give good service. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Not easy to see or find but definitely worth a stop for breakfast on the weekend.

First time after waiting for 6 years and it was well worth the wait! Friendly service and go above and beyond. I left my glasses at home and couldn't see the menue and was read it off by the staff! Great experience for both me and my family 😍😍😍

Very filling, I got alot of food for only $23, and I had some to take home.
The staff were very nice, and the atmosphere felt cozy.

Brett took my order and was very patient with me as I am unfamiliar with the menu. Brett explained all the items I asked about and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable asking them. Appreciate Brett’s attitude and optimism and Brett is definitely a key team member worth looking at as management material. Superb customer service.

Stopped by for some bagels. Very busy morning, but the staff was cheerful and pleasant. I purchased several different types. My grandsons dove into the blueberry, one toasted, one not.
My daughter used the asiago cheese bagels to make breakfast sandwiches. Delicious!!

Always so yummy in my tummy. A great go to in Manhattan. People drive for minutes to get a seat here so be sure to get there at least a couple seconds before you want to eat. Jokes aside great employees never had a bad experience. Below is me post eating some yummy food.

Amazing service and fantastic leadership. Sheena the Manager showed professionalism and understanding towards me in response to a request I had made regarding a previous transaction. The whole team, clean facilities, great food and welcoming atmosphere makes this place a must when in Manhattan.

Great service, one of my favorite places to get sandwiches. Love the Chipotle chicken avocado melt for a hot sandwich, hard to order anything else 😋. But other sandwiches are good too. You get a pickle spear with the cold sandwiches.

I went on a busy day and they had my food out very quickly! Always consistently tasty there.

Food was amazing and tasted fresh! The baguette sandwich was so big and filling and the baguette was so crisp and fresh! Definately want to go back

I know, way late discovering Panera. And like all major chains, they likely have something problematic in their corp/franchise structure. But this is strictly about the food and service I experienced.

The day I tried Panera was cold, snowy, and icy! I called ahead and used the online menu. Soup and a sandwich for lunch. So scrumptious and hit the spot! 😋 I will definitely be back to try more from the menu!

I love this Panera location. They are always so friendly and really go out of their way to be helpful. One time my sandwich was a little more toasted than usual (but perfect for me) and the manager came up and asked if it was ok. Food is always fresh and tasty as well. Lots of variety in drinks and very laid back atmosphere.

The location was clean and the service was excellent. Food was well prepared, as always. All of the patrons observed social distancing and wore masks when interacting with the employees. Had a great time there with the family!

This another resteraunt I like going to because they're always friendly. The food is fresh and tastes great. Recently, this particular location added a drive-thru. While it doesn't detract from their great menu, I feel it robs the customer of the total experience. The inside invites the customer to sit, relax, and savor their meal.
