Quality Inn & Suites

The staff at the front desk were very nice. This is right off the interstate, so it was easy to find. The room was very clean, but the only complaint was that the sheets were really thin, and there was hair all over the top sheet on one of the beds. Breakfast was good. They have a cool pancake maker that is mess free. It is worth the amount paid for the room.

We come here about once a year and have never had any complaints. The staff is friendly and the rooms clean. They have a nice breakfast and connected restaurant. They're located just off the interstate, have good prices, and are only about 10 minutes from the zoo, Walmart, and various other shopping and dining options.

This place is a hidden gem in the making. They're currently renovating so it'll only look better. The inside is already nice. Spacious rooms, plenty of exits, indoor courtyard, attached sports bar, and right next to the highway. We stayed twice in the last week and will continue to do so when in the area

I’m giving them a 5. I always wonder what I’m comparing to. No it’s not the best hotel but it’s clean. The people are really nice. The beds good and they allow dogs. It’s a bit weird inside. The lay out is odd but they have lots to do inside. Pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, candy machines, video games, (all the pictures were taken at 5 am so it is darker than normal). The hotel rooms are big. I would definitely stay again. (9/30/22)

Excellent place. After being on the road for 2+ weeks, it was the best motel so far.

We had great customer service our room was super clean and our dogs were well accommodated too. My husband and I loved that there was a sports bar so we didn’t have to go out, we could just relax and enjoy our stay. We loved the heated pool and ping pong table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!💕

Great coffee, free hot breakfast, with real, whole fried eggs, not the nasty powdered egg stuff! Clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff. If we weren't just passing through and in a hurry to get to our destination we would've like to have stayed longer and enjoyed the many amenities offered. Would've loved to have been able to take a thermos of that coffee with us for the road, it was the best!! ...we just didn't have a thermos.😕

Quality Inn sent me a survey but it was too long to complete. So I'll just say, if you just need a clean, quiet place to sleep on your way this was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable (I always bring my own pillow), the room was impeccably clean, quiet (even though it's right off a busy interstate highway) and the lady at the front desk was very nice and processed my reservation quickly so I could get some rest and relaxation from a long day on the road. It was hot and muggy outside and the A/C unit worked great. Kept the room cool and dry. I make this trip frequently and will stay here again next time. Thanks and see you again soon!

We've been staying here for years. Tammy and her staff are top notch and always go above and beyond the call of duty.

Facilities are nice and clean spacious rooms. My kids have spent hours hanging out in the indoor pool and hot tub. The attached bar and grill is always great for a drink and a quick bite.

We've hosted several events at the hotel in the conference rooms and atrium and our guests have always been pleased with the accommodations and impressed with the fabulous staff.

Awesome! We had a problem with a reservation at another hotel on our trip from Florida to Denver. Quality took us in with our cat, last minute, with no problem. Hotel is older but very clean and service was great. They have a little pub that serves great food and Abby was a wonderful hostess. Highly recommended.

We've used this property for years, for our family reunions, and I have to say that I was really impressed this year. There have been many improvements recently like their room upgrades (adding laptops to the rooms, better showers, etc), but this has been some of my favorite staff that I've interacted with. Every employee I spoke to had a genuine smile, nice things to say, and treated us well, from the cleaning staff to the manager. Thanks for a genuinely wonderful experience.

We stayed at this hotel for a family reunion and the hotel has a large banquet hall on the premises that made things very convenient. The family had a great time; the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The manager personally made sure that we were taken care of. The accommodations were great; nothing like a cozy bed after a long night, clean room, and exceptional service for the two days that we were there. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pets are allowed, and the manager Gary was super friendly.

Clean, up to date rooms with access to inner courtyard with pool, arcade, seating and indoor access to a bar and restaurant. Quiet place.

I left a valuable piece of technology in my room before I checked out. An hour away, I called the front desk to report my item. It was found, stored, and shipping service was offered against my account. I was so grateful.

On my return home, a week later, I was able to stop and retrieve my item. One word: integrity.

After a later than expected start (from northwest Tennessee) and 10 hours of driving, we just wanted a place to lay our heads for the night. We got SO much more! Friendly manager, nice room with amenities, comfy bed for the night, and a delicious breakfast before hitting the road for Denver this morning! And, the price was right! Would highly recommend!!!!

Our company rented the banquet hall to celebrate our 10th year in business. We had approximately 80 guests. The customer service we received was second to none! We had our dinner catered and it was fabulous. Whenever we needed something the banquet rep was always right there to help. Most of our employees stayed overnight at the hotel as well. I received nothing but positive feedback from our employees expressing how nice the rooms were and how well they were taken care of. The staff was so friendly and welcoming!

The event coordinator was very easy to work with and always had everything organized and easy to sort through as far as picking drink plans, meal plans, room setup and room rental times. Very little stress!

We will definitely consider using this facility for future business functions!

Loved it! Clean rooms; highly affordable; friendly staff; room had fridge, microwave, full size ironing board and iron, plenty of towels, four pillows per bed, heating system that worked very well, nice modern television, numerous channels including HBO, free wifi. The attached restaurant made for easy dining and the food was really quite good; BEST hot breakfast I have ever had, including real eggs over-medium. I would gladly stay here again!

The exterior may look a little shabby (undergoing construction, perhaps), but looks can be deceiving! Our room was wonderfully clean and spacious, and they allowed our two cats to stay with us hassle-free.
