Dr. Records is one of the kindest, caring & respectful people I have ever known. He’s a good good doctor who really cares. His PA, Miranda is amazing! The office manager is Priscilla & she has always been great with me! The nurses are friendly & professional! I’ve been with doctor since he started & would not even consider going anywhere else!! Sometimes doctors have emergencies & their late, some patients take a little more time than others so maybe we need to exercise some patients!!!!

Dr. Records is an amazing and caring medical professional, which sometimes causes the negatives and complaints that are seen.

He takes the time to explain as needed and to give the extra care when a patient needs it, which often causes him to run behind and cause extra wait for additional patients.

He has taken the time and listened to concerns, something I know for a fact as I went to him after a previous doctor lost my medical chart and denied to help me with a previous confirmed medical problem. On my first visit with Dr. Records, he had taken the time to do the necessary testing to confirm my medical concerns and also had me set up with a specialist for ongoing treatment for that particular issue.

I have had issues during hours when the office was not opened, and been able to call him to both get prescriptions and medical advice during these times, something I have never seen another Doctor provide as well as rush me in and squeeze me in an appointment as soon as possible to further address them.

Is he perfect, no. But he's one of the best Doctors I've dealt with, and one I will continue to see and advise others to do the same.

Hands down the most respectful, caring, genuine & kind office crew & Dr! If you're looking for a Dr's office that makes you feel welcomed, heard & cared for....you absolutely need to look no further! Dr Records is the most kind hearted, empathetic, compassionate & genuine Dr I felt like he heard me & genuinely cared about a plan to get me better! My prayers were answered when I found him!

I have attended this clinic since I was a child, under both dr records and vinzant.
I found Dr. Records care to be exemplary. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and it felt as if my input was valued. Often doctors have a "I know better" or an almost accusatory demeanor, but I've never felt this with him. A few years ago I moved to the other side of wichita, near maize, and tried to find another doctor. Im going to just deal with the drive, because no other doctor has ever made me feel so cared about. So listened to. Yes, the wait times are longer, but I have to attribute this to him taking the time with each patient to listen to what they have to say and ensure all of the needs are addressed. the wait times are shorter than one dr. VanZant was there, though.
With Dr records, I never felt the arrogance or piety. He didn't make me feel as if he just "knew better". He is easy to talk to and non-judgmental even with very personal things. it also feels as if he really looks at the bigger picture, and knows how to approach people who have apprehensions about certain types of care, or have had bad experiences in the past. His bedside manner is among the best in the business.
I will say, the older receptionist can come off as kinda rude. It may simply just be she's very direct and short. At first I thought it was me, but. I've spoken to a few others that agree. Luckily, she isn't the one giving the care,
I highly recommend him.

I'm happy to say that I've been able to see doctor records recently and he has done everything possible to make sure my concerns are addressed. I appreciate very much his effort on my behalf.

I have tried 3 times to see a doctor at this clinic and have not gotten in yet. I'm not sure what qualifies for a call back or appointment but evidently not my issues.

Dr Records is very carding and passionate about about taking the time to listen to his patient’s needs and does his very best to get to the root of the problem and solve it if at all possible.
So this being said you will have await time for appointments for good reason.
I am happy that I choose him for my dr.

Awesome bed side manner. The doctor was straight forward and quite clear on my condition. I will be making Dr. Luke my Primary Care provider after this visit.

Sure the wait times can be long but Dr Records takes the time to really talk to and find out what's going on in his patients life to better help them the best he can (I got a lecture because I neglected my medication for so long, yes I needed it) and even if tou can't afford something he is so willing to help out if he can.

He deal with patients like a friend more than a doctor.

If I could give this "dr" a 0 star rating, I would. My first appointment went great, very impressed with timely care. My 2nd and 3rd appointment, I waited after my appointment time 2.5 hours and 2 hours, respectively, to be seen. I was informed by the "dr", that if I wanted a dr who ran on time, he was not the dr for me. I had an appt with the lab in the office, and left after 10 min, because the lab was not open on time. This dr acts & talks like he cares about your issues, but doesn't follow through on what he says. My prescriptions were not called in correctly and for the time frame he stated. He never responded to the pharmacy when they called to clarify a prescription. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR(used facetiously).

I can get past the fact that every appointment my child ever had always included having to wait a good hour if not more to be seen by the doctor because he was habitually late. But the fact that when my ex and I began to have a high conflict custody battle, Dr. Records office did not remain neutral. The office cut me off from getting information and would do everything my ex asked to help alienate me. I was yelled at by his office manager and made to feel like I was beneath her. If your not white? If you are on state insurance? Dont go to this office. She actually said, "you people" to me.
