Courtyard by Marriott Salina

Over the last 40 plus years, I have stayed at all types of hotels. Very few really stand out. THIS ONE REALLY STANDS OUT. We decided to stop in Salina because it was late and we needed sleep. I walked in and was immediately amazed at the beautiful layout of this hotel. The lobby area is exceptionally spacious and luxurious, including a bistro and bar, fireplace and big screen TV with beautiful seating.

The room was exceptionally clean and roomy. The bathroom was like what I'd expect in a super-luxury hotel penthouse in NY. There was plenty of room in the main room.

The really incredible part of this stay was the people. The bartender and the front desk, helped us relax for the evening. The breakfast was top notch. I could not have asked for a better treatment. In fact, this will be one of the very few places that will be a destination. On our way home, we will purposely stop here for the night even though we could get much farther down the road. We want to see our new friends and stay in this incredible place.

This location and the people who work here are the best of the best in this industry.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Rooms are great, always clean, the smell of this hotel is so welcoming, pool is great for the kids, food is great, drinks are great, great location right by Walmart, target, plenty of options to eat nearby! I told the lady at the front desk it was my daughter’s birthday and this morning we woke up to a birthday card under the door from them. It’s the little things that mean so much! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Stayed here for one night while driving across the country. Room was clean and nice, enjoyed the bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn't eat at the bistro they had on site but it looked nice. Location is near the highway and easy to find. Hotel was very quiet and worked out well for my needs, would stay here again.

We stayed here last night in room 133, I left my big duffel bag with all my clothes and valuables in it, front desk worker named Constance absolutely needs a raise! She went absolutely above and beyond to retrieve my luggage and called us to confirm it was My stuff and will be mailing it back soon, I am very very grateful for what she did because we are now 12 hours away at home. It means so much to me thank you! (If you see this)

We were on 70 and so this location is a little more south than some might like...5, 10 minutes...but for us, worth it. Beautiful. Clean. Friendly. We're glad we picked it.

We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm after finding the travel on I70 slow and increasingly perilous.

Staff was welcoming and Vanessa and Melanie in particular stand out!

It’s the little things that make a difference for the traveler. Coffee at 5 AM, a ice scraper for the frozen windshield.

Great experience. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Quick trip for a funeral; booked on fairly short notice for a good rate. Rooms were large and comfortable. Beds and pillows were well above average for a hotel. Only negative was the breakfast at the hotel bistro -- $60 for 4 people and took nearly 30 minutes to get our order when we were the only ones in the place. Should have gone to one of the restaurants nearby. Otherwise, a fantastic experience.

was BEAUTIFUL reception, the Marriott took such great care to details was Great. Atmosphere so inviting and clean. Staff even surprised the newlyweds with lovely room decorations!! Including strawberries 🍓 they really went above&beyond .the way the front staff all way to the Gorgeous staff that feed us as they provided us with great friendly smiles,fancy 🍸 🍹 drinks while we were able to dance the night away together ❤ LOVE IS N THE AIR

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Salina, Kansas this is your place! From the moment I checked in up until the time I checked out it was a wonderful experience! The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful and anything I needed or requested was granted with a smile! The hotel was clean, smelled amazing, the room was CLEAN and in great condition. The indoor pool and hot tub area was amazing, which I took full advantage of, this is something I normally do not use at hotels, but it was very clean and nice! From the front desk staff, to AJ in the Bistro, which I will say is excellent! We decided to eat there and enjoy the nice comfortable feeling the hotel gave us. The cleaning staff is exceptional, I honestly have never stayed in a place that was so clean, welcoming and comfortable. Thank you so much for making me feel right at home! I will definitely return to this location next time I'm in the Salina area!!

Super comfortable bedding. Pleasant staff. Love the decor. The only downside was the TV would freeze and restart every 20 mins. But that was extremely minor. Very happy with our stay!

Great room. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. I was so in love with how cozy the lobby was. Everything was very clean and well kept. The front desk was welcoming and the Cafe was good as well. It being right across the street from walmart was a huge plus also. I would and probably will stay here again!

Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Room was clean, beds were a little stiff but over all room was great.
The pool and hot tub area was a tad run down, the pool has a significant amount of chemicals. so much so that the kids' eyes were bright red and burning.
It was disappointing that the website states there is breakfast but does not tell you that you have to pay for it at the bistro. Breakfast items were priced around $10-$14. After paying $140 a night I would have liked a free breakfast that most all hotels offer.

checked in at night and was greeted by a great smelling lobby. Rooms were nice and beds were definitely comfortable. People really be upset about breakfast. lol all i care about is a clean and comfortable room. I do have to say, the TV is Tiny and look outdated. i would upgrade to Nice flat screen to accommodate the size of the room. i love the accent lighting when you walk in and through the room. This hotel had a nice size lot for trucks on the left side of the hotel. Personally, i would definitely stay again.

I was there for a quick overnight business trip. Everyone was so hospitable and very nice. The staff were very helpful and even called my room to inform me that the very popular restaurant across the street was starting to get busy and if I wanted a place in line, I had better head over now. The room was very clean, and the location was central to everything. Thank you for the hospitality.

Melanie was super awesome she was very helpful and very good with our daughter she also helped us book our next couple nights in a different state!! the place was very clean and organized would 10/10 recommend staying here especially if Melanie is working !!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the rooms were. Rooms were very spacious, the beds were super comfortable and like I already mentioned, the rooms were very very clean. (We had 2 rooms). The front desk staff was also very friendly! Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

This was a great place to stop while driving through Kansas. Vanessa was working the front desk while we stayed. She was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. The rooms were spacious, updated, and very comfortable. I would definitely visit again.

This place is absolutely the best, hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. All the staff: Jason, Tye, Vanessa, Lisa, Nicole make this place stand out above the rest. Never have I had such care and respect. They get to know you and they treat you like you are apart of a loving family. The bistro is awesome with amazing drinks and food. Fire pit is emaculate the pool and hot tub sublime and the over all dedication was riveting. Thank to the staff and their tenacity and drive this week become a regular stop for me every couple of months. I highly recommend coming here more than everywhere else!!!!

Great place. Wasn't originally going to go there until another hotel was booked but glad that the other one was. The customer service was great and the room was very clean. The only issue I had was the people in the room above us started stomping around around 4 am but I know that isn't a hotel quality issue. The breakfast was ok but had a very nice dining area.

Had a really good stay. Quick and easy to get to off the Interstate. Didn't use the restaurant, as there are many good choices nearby. Room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Would stay here again.
