Hilton Garden Inn Salina

This hotel is in the SW part of Salina and not within walking distance of anything meaningful aside from a car dealership. I'm perfectly fine with that and chose it because it stands alone away from other things.

The service stands out at this location. Everyone was very pleasant and did their best to accommodate us and our requests.

The hotel is clean and bright. It had a pool and hot tub. It's a very large location with plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone's needs. Again the service stands out here. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, it was a great stay. Check in was mostly friendly and quick. Lobby and the property overall is very clean and modern. Lobby was bright and inviting. Room, although I didn't get pictures, was very clean and the bathroom was clean. Quite spacious. We used the pool and it is a decent sized space. Nice hot tub. Only complaint was the morning breakfast buffet wasn't that great - $13.95 per adult and $6.95 per kid. A very good selection but the hot items - eggs, biscuits and gravy, and meats- left a lot to be desired. Eggs were kinda cold and chewy and the b&g was quite bland. Everything else, including the coffee and fruits and breads, etc. was very fresh and tasty. My family enjoyed the stay.

Good experience for our short stay. Pulled in easily from the highway, easy check-in, clean room. They’ve got a slow charger out back which is really nice, and lots of room for animals to romp outside.

I think this has to be one of the best, if not, the VERY best hotel in Salina. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. My favorite part of the room would have to be the bathroom because I was provided with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. I GREATLY appreciate that because I forgot to pack my own. There was also an EXTREMELY fresh smell all throughout the property. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and pleasant to chat with. It’s located on the sound end of town, and is close to pretty much everything. I’m also glad that my room was on the backside of the building, because I didn’t have to deal with too much in the way of hearing traffic. I will more than likely stay here again if/when I’m in Salina.

The propery is almost perfect....very clean and smells amazing. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. Negative marks on the insanely squeaky bed and very low shower water pressure in 403

Exceptional! We arrived at 9pm and Hannah greeted us with a genuine smile! She was professional and accommodating with last minute requests. A true asset to this Hilton. Room was super clean. We traveled with a dog. Plenty of well lit-beautiful grass areas to walk pets. Would definitely stay here again.

During the most difficult days of my life, the staff generously put together a food basket for our little family when our son died. We had come to visit and soon realized it was time for his suffering to end. His 3 yr battle with bone cancer . We were going to do laundry, the machine was not working. One young lady offered to take our laundry to her house to wash and dry. Another gsve hugs kind words from them all. Their kindness and generosity will forever stay in my heart. The world does have angels and we were blessed to be where we were in our darkest hour. God Bless you all for healing when we needed it most. Our baby boy who would have been44 on 12/24/23. Was there for a meeting. The room was nice, food they served was good. Easy to get to off the highway. Would recommend.

AMAZING rooms!! Very quiet, friendly staff and right on the strip of stores and restaurants! I would definitely go back!!

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are great. The restaurant and bar were a treat since we were hauling a trailer. Did not have to leave the property.
Plenty of well lit places to walk our dogs.

Just there to attend a day long workshop. What I saw of the lobby and the conference room is excellent. We were served a continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon break. While all the food was great, the timing was a bit off. The staff was friendly. There are plenty of public seating areas. Not too far from the highway, on the surface, it looked like a good place to have an event and spend the night.

Excellent hotel. Clean and best smelling every time I walked in over my 3 day stay !

Stayed at this hotel while traveling. Salina was our mid-point. Called in for a room on the fly. Jessica was very helpful. She fixed us up with a room exactly where we preferred and needed. Comfortable and quiet room. Their breakfast was delicious too!

Everything about this property was awesome. Rooms and everything very clean. All of the staff was super friendly and attentive. Room was quiet and the blinds blocked out nearly all of the light I would definitely recommend

Hotel is very nice and clean. All staff was beyond professional and friendly even suggesting I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. When I come back this will be my only choice of place to stay.

This is an upscale and clean hotel. Melony and Eva have great customer service, which is so very appreciated after a long, very tired day of driving! My only feedback is for the hotel's call center, to which we first called, which was a poor customer service experience. We still drove to the hotel anyway (because we wanted to buy the brisket grilled cheese sandwich - it is amazing) even though we had decided not to stay the night. However, after chatting with Melony and Eva, we could see that the call center didn't reflect Hilton Garden Inn, but these two did. So,we will be back for sure.
If you are looking for a hotel, we give it 5 out of 5 stars! (Just call them directly, though, and don't call the call center.)
