Can't say enough good things about our Manhattan, KS UPS store! Everyone is pleasant, helpful and efficient...even when they are crazy busy at Christmas. Best customer service you will find!

I don't do a lot of shipping, but this time I had a heavy and awkward item to ship. Brittney at the Manhattan, Kansas location went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She was so kind and patient that it really put me at ease. I also had a second item to ship, and when I double checked the address I found out it was the wrong one, so she patiently waited while I tracked down the accurate address. So many times we are quick to complain about poor service, but I wanted to take the time to compliment her on her excellent customer service. It really made a difference and I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Excellent service for multiple transactions I did today. Jess is the reason for the review. Knowledge of what needs to be done, fast service and fully explained all actions in a very understandable manor.

Quick friendly service. Majority of the times you do not have wait for service and if you do very short wait time.

Excellent! Friendly, efficient, informed. Delivery to my UPS box is SO much more reliable than U.S. Postal service to my home. Knowing the box is there to hold packages and flat mail if I am gone is great.

This is the retail store on the west side of MHK. They do not control UPS--I have never had a problem with UPS Corp either, actually-- but this retail store is a great advocate for communication with UPS if I have a question.

A big store with plenty of staff to quickly attend to your needs. I had a pre packed return and they accepted it graciously without trying to upsell me on anything. Thanks!!

John and Ronaldo are the best guys to work with. They are always so professional and easy to work with. When I come in to ship a package, my day is made when I see those two working. I love this place!

Our Manhattan Kansas west loop store has phenomenally awesome and kind human-beings. I’d like to call out Rolando who helped to sort out a messy set of returns. He was patient and very helpful!

Staff is great. Never have to wait long for assistance. I receive quite a few packages. Some are heavy and they are always willing to help carry or dolly them out.

Had a very confusing request with copying, collating, witnessing, notary stamping, and mailing. John was VERY helpful with it. I was dreading the encounter/task but it was done quickly and professionally! John is my hero and I can't thank him enough.

Coming in and reading past reviews, I was a bit worried that the price would be more than I expected, but! Excellent customer service. Came in to return something to Amazon without a box - was able to get my bike measured, given the option for them to pack it for me and printed my label. Was extreeeemely affordable. It's a packaging/shipping store, not sure what people were expecting. Thanks y'all.

I have returned several packages back to Amazon. I ship all of my Christmas and birthday boxes through this UPS store over the last several years and I have never had a problem with any of the employees or long wait times. It's a lot more convenient than waiting for UPS to open to the public.

I understand the frustration from the other reviews, but let's look at the facts: The UPS "customer center" across town does not open until 3pm. On that side of town is Staples, another UPS "associate" that does not offer full service. So, this center, in the middle of "college town," gets all the yahoos from across town, the military, and the university faculty and students; all converging on a "convenient" spot mysteriously located at the very back corner of a cramped strip mall, so poorly designed that the neighboring shop has to post "not UPS" on their door. So don't blame the highly efficient staff that work here, blame UPS corporate for disrespecting this market area as a whole.

I was a little bit worried about visiting this place because of the feedbacks but honestly I went in with my package ready, missing only the shipping label because they needed to scan it from my phone and I thought that they were going to charge me for that and just for them putting on my package, based on some of the feedbacks but, they didn't. They were fast and friendly. If you ask me, a nice customer service!

They have allot of clerks at anytime. Fast service. Compatible with USPS and return policies of any businesses I've worked with.

I have always had a great experience with this store, I'm responsible for how my packages are packed, I make sure they're ready to go when I arrive at the store. I do amazon returns also, everybody at the store is friendly and provides great service. I honestly don't understand why the negative reviews.

Mostly use this location to drop off packages, always easy in and out. I see a lot of complaints here regarding packaging Amazon returns for you, there are instructions included with your returns which I have missed a couple of times and have been charged a nominal fee for something as arbitrary as "taping up a box" but its only a couple of bucks.

Very nice employee. She was very efficient.

Very efficient and friendly staff! They all know their stuff. I am always treated like my package is their only priority.
