I discussed selling my house with Tiffany and she wanted to come out and look at it and list it for me when I was ready. Tiffany stayed in touch with me and when I was ready to list it everything moved quickly. The Photographer did an amazing job with the pictures and then Tiffany listed the house the next morning. My house was on the market for about 10 minutes before the first offer was made and the offer was so solid that there was no reason to not sell the house to the person who made the offer. Therefore, my house was sold 10 minutes after being listed.

Tiffany was great to work with and always returned my calls in a timely manner and was always on top of her game. I never asked Tiffany but I only assume that she probably had a buyer for my house before it was even listed. Tiffany also knows the Derby market so well that I feel like she is the only choice in Derby and with her work ethic I would hire her to help me purchase or sell a house anywhere and anytime!

I CURRENTLY rent from this person and she has refused to fix things that were documented and agreed to fix upon moving in. After I have paid in advance 1400 deposit and 2 months rent in advance as well. She has called me out of my name and in over a month not giving updates on the work to be done. And has refused to fix things agreed upon previous. Once she has your money there is no after sale appreciation. She will continually say if u dont like it move out. When knows your in contract..

If I could give a ZERO or a negative value, I would! We used her as a sellers agent, then as a buyers agent ... In BOTH cases, she advocated for the other party, extremely rushed decisions, making them sound as if the decision had to be made Right Then, costing us $2000 when we sold our house that should have come out of Her percentage, then we wet bought our current home, she made certain to have the home inspection already done by the time she had us show up for the appointment, again, pushing extremely hard to rush through it all when we arrived, of which I can only assume was a tactic on her part so we wouldn't catch all the things wrong, not in working order, etc.... Very very disappointed in this person, especially since before hiring her, I explained how realtors we had interviewed seem to have this crazy notion that they don't work for the home seller or buyer & that due to health reasons, I needed to keep stress levels at a minimum, if which she merely exasperated! I regret to to have to say: Buyer/Seller beware!
