I have been going here for about two years now. The customer service is fantastic. They often have great sales on training treats. I appreciate the quality kibble available and their loyalty program is helpful as well. I love using their dog bathing stations for my super-shedder. I loved that when I bought food for my puppy that he didn't like, I was able to take it back for a refund--even opened--and they donated it to rescue. I know I can always count on help with questions I have.

I absolutely LOVE this location and the staff! They are always so helpful, more so lately as my girl has been suffering from horrid allergies and Erica saved the day with food change assistance.

This was my first time going here an d the minute u walked in thru made me feel very comfortable. They helped me decided on a new food to get my dogs after telling me details about a couple I had in mind. Very amazing and helpful staff!!!

Our dog has not been eating her food lately & I thought it might be helpful to change to another brand. The two staff members I visited with at Chuck & Don’s were very knowledgeable & helpful about the different options of food. I also appreciate the policy of being able to return a food if it doesn’t work out.

Love this store! It’s the only place we can get the food our allergy prone dog can eat. They are always so friendly and helpful when I go in.

I wanted to update my review that I left about bad hours. Google had the hours wrong and the issue has been resolved. I wanted to state that I love coming here, the manager and employees are very helpful and friendly. Great quality food and everything else. I’ve been coming here for years and have had zero issues.

First visit and Georgia was very pleasant, helpful! She gave Pepper choices of treats!! Pepper had a great time using his nose to look around!! Thank you!

Erica is the best. If you are having issues with your dog and you think it’s food related go see Erica. She helped us figure out the dog food that would fix our dogs gut issues. They have a great selection and very knowledgeable staff.

The gals in the Derby store are always helpful and friendly. Love the indoor dog wash too

I am working with a foster group and wanted to get Churu cat treats for the kitten we just got. He is disabled and has URI so I wanted to keep his weight up. Well, they were the only pet store in Derby to carry it! Everyone is always very friendly.

Everything I go in, I'm greeted and welcomed. Customer service is always amazing. Every employee at the Derby location goes above and beyond and are so helpful.

While they can be on the pricey side, the care that they show for your individual pets, as well as the private washing room and the valuable advice of the experts (Sarah is amazing!!!) - we will for sure be coming back regularly for both our pup and our kitties.

The lady working was very polite and kind. Gave us a sample for a new wet cat food they now carry. Great selection of food, treats and toys for dogs and cats. Clean store and well organized.
