Sig's Gourmet Butcher Shop

The butcher shop was busy this afternoon. When I walked in there were 4 customers in front of me. Yet, the staff were both efficient and friendly and the wait was under three minutes! The quality of meats, the prices, the product displays, the skill of Sig's butchers, and the pleasant small town shopping atmosphere make this butcher shop the place to go!

This is the best meat market around. I stopped by today and picked up some beef fat. They also had some of their Artichoke and Spinach stuffed Portobello Mushrooms. They were fantastic ! Added some diced green onions, preheated the oven to 400° and cooked for 25 min Amazing !

I ordered a honey basted spiral-cut ham for Thanksgiving. That was the first time I’d ordered from Sig’s and I’m so happy that I did!! The meat was wonderful, the service was terrific and the people were very warm and helpful. Going back for Christmas!!!🎊

Great selection! I'm an avid smoker and they had everything I was looking for. Great Quality meats, cheeses, bbq sauces, and spices. Very friendly as well.

We went to Sig’s in search of a prime rib for Christmas. They cut it for us on request and it was unbelievably good! The quality of the meat was just stunning. We also picked up some ribs to smoke (they also turned out fantastic), and some of their house made bacon. I can easily say that we will be frequent customers. Their customer service was friendly and knowledgeable as well.

This is the best place in the area to buy your meat. They also have various spices and rubs, and sell salads by the pound. Great quality meat, and very friendly people. The owner takes pride in his business and loves what he does. It really shows. Their shishkabobs are the BEST! Perfect for the air fryer!

Better prices for filet mignon and a superior cut compared to Dillons “filet”. Not to mention friendly, knowledgeable, and locally owned. Sig’s is the way to go!

I discovered Sig's when I moved to Derby in 2013. I buy all my meat at Sig's, because it's high quality...and the folks running it are just fantastic. Aside from ordering a nice thick, marbled rib-eye, one of my favorite things is to have them slice a KC strip in half for thin little breakfast cutlets. We also buy their pre-seasoned chicken and pork tenderloins. They always turn out great on the grill. I always keep space in the fridge for some of their burger paddies, hot dogs, brats and sausages. I've pretty much tried everything they have...it's all wonderful.

I'm not a steak guy. My next door neighbor bought about 15 ribeyes from Sig's and had a bunch of people over for a cookout. Man, it was the best tasting steak I've ever had in my life. It really did melt in my mouth.
For a great tasting variety of meats I am sold on Sig's I don't think any butcher shop anywhere can match them. Steak taste was unreal. Thanks Sig's you're the best.

I decided to try Sig's because people told me the steaks were great. I bought a couple of Rib-eyes and a bacon wrapped filet. I cooked them on the grill for Valentine's dinner for my wife and me. Melt in your mouth. They were so tinder. I am sold on Sig's.

I am a Wichita native, but was transplanted to the California Bay Area for a few years. This is one of the few places that you can order tri-tip. I usually buy 4 at a time, excellent quality.

I also started frying turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I bought my turkeys there and they at the time offered to fry turkeys for only a dollar or two extra a pound, which is an extremely good deal if you are only frying 1 turkey because the oil cost approximately 30 bucks, plus the cost to buy the burner, pot, gloves, safety gear, etc. You can fry a turkey for less than the cost of the oil and no mess to clean up or dispose of.

Best butcher shop. Hands down. Knowledgeable staff, super friendly, reasonable prices, great selection. We’ve had a blast smoking a variety of meats from here.

Sigs is my absolute favorite place to get my steak, the quality is amazing and they come out tender and juicy every time! The people that work there are friendly and so helpful as well!

Excellent selection, if you don't see what you want, just ask they will cut the meat while you wait. I can't imagine getting my meats any where else.
